Dr. Maria Seo began her patient care experience at Stony Brook University Hospital, where she worked as a Dental Clinic Volunteer. After completing her Bachelor of Science/Health Science degree at Stony Brook University, Dr. Seo received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine.
While educating and practicing in school, she participated various community outreaches in different states, where she provided free dental examinations, oral hygiene instructions, restorations and oral surgeries for neighborhood people.
Dr. Seo completed her General Practice Residency at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. Here she performed comprehensive dental services, including implant and cosmetic dentistry, periodontal and endodontic therapy, emergency treatment among many others. Dr. Seo is versed in treating patients of all ages and conditions, including pediatric, geriatric and medically compromised individuals.
After hours Dr. Seo enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her family. Swimming, jogging and bicycling are some of her favorite hobbies. Dr. Seo and her staffs are fluent in English, Chinese and Korean.
Following a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University, Dr. Kim received his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from New York University College of Dentistry. He was elected to membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the National Dental Honor Society. He was also one of few who were selected in Implant and TMJ Honors programs. Following dental school, he completed a training in General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
Dr. Kim completed specialty surgical training in Periodontics and Implantology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kim is a Board- Certified Periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Kim is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Board of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the Northeastern Society of Periodontists, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the New York State Dental Association, and Nassau County Dental Society. He is fluent in Korean and English.
