I've done 3 crowns at Thank You Dental at LA location about 2 years ago. Since then, the crowns have fallen out three times! When the crown fell out for the 2nd time, I was told to visit Anaheim location since I am 10 minutes away. I visited there, and Dr. Kim told me that if it falls out again, he will give me a new crown. Guess what? the crown fell out again. Unfortunately, I think I swallowed the crown. I visited Anaheim location again. They told me I have to go back to LA location because it was done there. Angela, I guess, the manager, told me that if I go back to LA location, they will do it for free. Long story short, I revisited LA location, but Dr. Kim wouldn't do it!!! What a waste of time!!!! I definitely don't recommend this place!!!!!

Saw ads on El Clasificado for implant $899 "Made in USA", but the actual implant is from Korea and China. If you are going to get dental implant works here, make sure to ask to see the actual implant paperworks: manufacture box, certificate, etc.... You don't want to risk have dental implant place in your body that you don't know where it comes from, especially metal that can harm your body. Front staff are extremely rude and always ask to pay money.

It was a disappointment that manager is the one doing a business. Their thank you means to thank you for the opportunity to RIP you OFF. Treatment plan was not explained properly and nothing was on writing before the treatment. Signing treatment plan and cost were done 10 days after treatment when I demanded receipt. You should be aware of this fraudulent business.

Read ALL the YELP reviews first please. I HIGHLY recommend reading all the reviews for Thank You Dental on YELP before going in for anything. If that's not enough to convince you to avoid this place then look up "welcome dentistry 1721 W Katella reviews" and read the yelp reviews. Thank You Dental was originally named "Welcome Dentistry", they have TONS of bad reviews trying to be covered up with 5 star reviews. A quick google search will show you everything you need to know about this place. I didn't read them and I regret it. I went in for a "little cavity", "small filling"... which are direct quotes from the doctor and the assistant. There was alot of pain afterwards even after 2 weeks for something so small so I went back and they say I now need a root canal. A root canal is a very intensive process, it's not the same as a small cavity. This office always makes me keep coming back for more and more things, it honestly feels like a cash grab, which seems to align with alot of other peoples experience with this place. Read all the Yelp reviews.
