Dr. Vu is an amazing dentist and runs an exceptional practice. She spent a ton of time helping to make sure my bite and TMJ issues were eased--but she was very realistic in what she could do for me. She cares so much about the overall health of her patients. She is truly everything you want in a dentist: warm, professional, intelligent, honest, trustworthy, and skilled.

Dr. Vu and her team is fantastic!! I've been dealing with an issue from a mistake a previous dentist in Maryland made two years ago.... The mistake caused food to catch between two of my teeth at every meal. Dr. Vu really took her time to figure out how to fix the problem without causing me to get a crown. They even gave a follow up call 2 days after to see how I was doing. 5 stars all the way!

I have been coming to see Dr. Vu since moving to Lancaster in 2007. When I first visited her office, I'd been told by a dentist in another state that I needed some expensive work done--I had just finished grad school at the time and didn't have the funding so I put it off. My first visit to Dr. Vu, I mentioned that I'd been told I needed some work that I could now probably afford to get done and was delighted to discover that she didn't think that it needed to be done. Happily, I was able to go another 10+ years before the issue did finally need to be addressed. Time after time I've been impressed by Dr. Vu's conservative approach to my dental care--problems get solved, but never once have I felt that she was recommending something just to "make a sale." The specialists she has referred me to over the years have been the same--top-notch providers who are conservative in their treatment and incredibly professional. I've lived in numerous states and never did I think I'd find such quality dental care here in Lancaster. We are lucky to have Dr. Vu and her team!

My treatment on the 2 occasions I went to the office was conducted by Dr. Andrew Trinh, a young dentist who just last year graduated from dentistry school. Nonethless, I found his service to be topnotch, both from the standpoint of his tradecraft as well as his deliberate efforts to make the experience collaborative and engaging. So, 5 stars in this area. My concern, however, is with the clinic's business practices. 2 stars or less in this area. I specficially made my appointment to see Dr. Wu because that was whom my nephew had been seeing throught the years and whom he had recommended. But low and behold Dr. Trihn walked into the room, first to help with initial record keeping and then for actual treatment (I thought, well, sort of hard to back out now). I know why Dr. Wu made the decision to have Dr. Trihn treat me. That is, as a young dentist just starting out and working on getting his accredidations, most, if not all, of the insurance companies the office works with will not accept billings from him. Okay so a cash-paying patient like me a terrific resource for the office and for Dr. Trinh as he builds out his experience. I believe, however, that I should have been consulted in this decision (my teeth, my dollars). I also believe that if I am such a good resource for the office then I should be billed at a level that reflects this. Instead I was billed at the office's very uppermost price level (albiet with the small senior discount), one that is appreciably higher than what any of the office's partner insurance companies would accept, particularly the ones with plans for Medicare patients. And as stated, none of these companies will presently accept a billing from Dr. Trinh. Just FYI, I wrote a letter to Dr. Wu summarizing my concerns and offering a way forward that would meet both her office's needs and mine. That was on December 02. No answer. Too busy to answer, or too busy to leave a message saying "I'll get back to you"? I have to conclude that she does not want my business. Okay but sad for Dr. Trihn as he is the one losing a patient.

Dr. Vu and her staff are personable, professional, and very gentle. When I had a dental emergency this week that necessitated an emergency visit, Dr. Vu and Alex not only answered each of my questions honestly and kindly, they put me totally at ease. Dr. Vu explains all procedures in a clear and concise manner and offers viable alternatives. Their practice is a blessing!

Was blown away by the professionalism and kindness shown my Dr. Vu and her staff. Dr. Vu is incredibly kind, thorough, and patient. She takes time to explain each step along the way. It is clear that Dr. Vu goes out of her way to put patients at ease. This office places an emphasis on treating patients like valued family members. Absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a highly skilled, compassionate, and thorough clinician team. Will certainly be referring my patients, friends, and family to this practice.

Dr. Vu is the best dentist I have ever had. She listens and explains everything. She is very gentle. She does not jump on a decision, but thinks it through and then gives you all of your options to find the best solution for you. I have been a patient at her practice for about 14 years.

Dr. Vu and Desirae were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and full of personality. They were able to easily diagnose my sensitivity/bite issues that my last dentist was unable to accurately do. They seem like genuinely kind people with an emphasis on people, rather than profits.

Dr Vu is excellent and detailed. She had a very pleasant bedside manner and worked to diligently check and clean all my teeth. She also did a great job explaining what she was doing and why and was able to point out bite action as to why I might be having certain pains or wear. Highly recommend!
