Tien graduated from Guilford Technical Community College as a dental assistant in 2016. She is engaged to be married to Ting and they have a daughter that they absolutely adore. She is bilingual; speaking Vietnamese and English. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, shop and decorate her house.
Karla is originally from Mexico and is bilingual. She completed her Dental Assisting Program at Alamance Community College in 2017. Karla represented ACC at the Skills USA state conference and won 2nd place for her Dental Assisting Program. Karla is married to the love of her life, Timothy, and they have a beautiful border collie named Cali. Karla loves kids and seeing them grow and mature into amazing people, while helping them with their dental needs.
Natalie has been working in the dental field for 18 years- most of those years have been in pediatric dentistry. She is very passionate about her job and loves to help others. It is important to her that she establishes a relationship with the children and their families. Natalie has been working for Dr. Hisaw since he opened his practice. She is very proud to be a part of the CDG team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and going to the movies. She is also an avid concert-goer with her daughter.
Katie graduated from Alamance Community College in 2016. She graduated with honors as the most outstanding Dental Assistant. Before becoming a Dental Assistant, She was a Certified Nursing Assistant for six years. She loves caring for others. Currently, Katie lives on a farm with her husband Joey, and two adorable dogs, Henry and Finley. Henry is a tiny Chiweenie and Finley is a huge German Shepard. When she isnt at work, she is spending time with her family, shopping or going on vacations. She loves the beach.
Maria really enjoys working with children. Shel loves spending time with family and friends. She really enjoys spending time with her own children. Maria also enjoys walks at he park and the occasional run.

I have two daughters, one who had a tongue tie fixed about two years ago and one who just had her lip tie fixed last week, both by Dr. Hisaw. Both times I have been able to get an appointment extremely quickly as well as an appointment for the actual procedure. Dr. Hisaw is excellent at explaining why and how the lip or tongue tie is fixed and always gives great direction for at home care. He is very kind and empathetic with tired, stressed parents who are struggling with breastfeeding issues and is very honest about what should/can be done for the child. Every member of the staff is exceptionally professional and kind. I can't recommend this office enough if you suspect your infant or child has tongue or lip tie.

There is NO other dentist I trust with my children. They've been there since birth ( 4&10). Genuine people who actually love what they do!

My infant had a very mild tongue and lip tie. I was able to call and have an appointment schedule extremely quickly and I was really impressed with that. Not only is Dr Hisaw extremely kind, but he's someone you trust is not just trying to make money out of the situation. I genuinely valued his opinion. I met with him on two separate occasions prior to "surgery" (I believe one meeting is the norm). He calmed my first time mom nerves! The day of, I was very nervous, as the parents do not go back into the room (thank God!). In about 8 minutes he came out holding her and I thought she was crying a long silent cry, but I walked up and she was just as calm as could be. After lasering two ties!! I was wowed! I couldn't be more grateful for his knowledge and gentle demeanor. I know this is a long review, but I hope that it will make another nervous first time mom feel at peace for choosing Dr Hisaw. I will be bringing my daughter to him when she starts needing cleanings!

Dr. Hisaw is the best pediatric dentist around. We live in Eden and wouldn't take my granddaughters anywhere else. We absolutely love him and his wonderful staff!

Dr. Hisaw is an amazing dentist. All three of my children soon to be 4 see him. Both he and his staff are amazing. You can really tell they love what they do and I believe that stems from the leadership. I love how not only Dr. Hisaw, but his entire team takes the time to talk to my children. I can't remember the young lady that worked on my daughter but she was very patient with my daughter and worked with her even when my lil lady was squirming around. I love how Dr. Hisaw takes the time to explain to my husband and I about our kiddos teeth in a way we can understand. My children are 9, 3, and 2 and all have been to this office only for their teeth. Dr. Hisaw has always made recommendation and has ALWAYS been respectful to our family. I definitely feels he cares about my children and answers our questions. I love Dr. Hisaw and his team they are very nice. One last thing, I love that he has diversity in his office. Front desk ladies as well can't forget them, they are wonderful. Thank you guys for taking care of the Darden children!

I absolutely love this dentist office. My 2 children have been seen by Dr. Hisaw since my son has gotten his first teeth and he will be turning 10 this year. I believe that says a lot about Dr. Hisaw and his staff. Everyone has been so nice and professional. My son has high functioning autism and sensory processing disorder. He has issues with textures and things when it comes to eating and oral care. Dr. Hisaw and his staff have been excellent and patient when helping my son with his oral care. The environment is age appropriate and friendly and I love that that office is small and they aren't overbooked the appointments aren't rushed and questions are answered. Thank you Dr. Hisaw and staff for being excellent for our family.

Dr. Hisaw's office is always comfortable for my children. They love going there and the staff is always professional and informative!!! Here is some advice, I always schedule my two children to have their appointments together. That lessens the anxiety because they are together when getting examined.

Staff is always professional and kind. Covid precautions include waiting in your call until they are ready to take you back, everyone wearing masks, and temperature checks at arrival. Thank you Dr. Hisaw and team for being patient and encouraging as my preschooler sat in the chair on her own for the first time today.

Absolutely wonderful doctor who is very dedicated to his patients and their families. We have been going to him since my sons very first dental appointment and I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my child! His staff is also amazing. They really do amazing work!

We absolutely love this place! It has always been a pleasure coming here, which has been over 6 years now. Dr. Hisaw is one in a million dentist, he truely cares about his patients and their families. He and his staff go out of their way to make the kids feel special. They go above and beyond to make sure the kids are comfortable and have a good experience every time. Everyone that works here is always so friendly!
