Dr. Thane Anderson is described by his patients as a gentle, caring and patient dentist. He takes the time to provide you with the best care possible. He is also well regarded by his patients for his thoroughness. He believes in conservative, preventative dentistry and his goal is to increase the longevity of his patients teeth.
Dr. Anderson pursued his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire and received his Doctor of Dental Science degree from the University of Minnesota Dental School. Dr. Thane is committed to furthering his knowledge and educating himself on the latest developments in dentistry and is an active participant in the Seattle Study Club, Wisconsin Dental Association and American Dental Association.
Carol has been a dental hygienist at our office since 1985. She obtained her Dental Hygiene Certification from Normandal Community College in Bloomington, MN. Carol is very passionate about her field and enjoys working in a general practice so she can work with all age groups.
Heidi has been a dental hygienist at our office since 2002. She obtained her Dental Hygiene Certification from Madison Area Technical College. Heidis goal is to make her patients comfortable so they have a pleasurable experience when having their dental cleanings.
Sheila has been a dental hygienist at our office since 2015 and had worked in the Milwaukee area as a dental hygienist for the previous 14 years. She obtained her Dental Hygiene Certification from Marquette University. Sheilas goal is to make each patient comfortable and confident and to give each individual the care and concern they need during their dental cleanings.
For the past 34 years it has been Angie's passion to provide her patients with pleasant, individualized, detail-oriented care they deserve. She loves to connect with her patients to completely understand their goals and to provide the necessary information so they can feel confident in the decisions to obtain the best health of their mouth. Angie graduated from Madison Area Technical College in 1985 with her associates degree and from Northern Arizona University in 2005 with her Bachelors of Science in DentalHygiene. Angie has been with our office since January 2019.
Mel joined us in June 2020 and has been in the dental field for over 20 years working as a dental assistant, hygiene assistant and at the front desk. When Mel is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children boating, fishing and up north at the cabin. Mel greatly contributes to our goal of creating a caring, compassional and friendly environment for our patients.
Katrina has worked at our dental office since 2001. Katrina received her Dental Assisting Certification from Madison Area Technical College. She worked as a dental assistant for 14 years. In 2015 Katrina started a new role at our office as our Insurance Specialist and Financial Coordinator.
Alli has worked at our office since 2015. Alli completed her Dental Assistant training in 2014. Alli puts our patients at ease with her positive and caring attitude and strives to make each patient comfortable during their visit.

If you go here for cleanings, I really can't complain. Dr. Thane's team is all really nice and professional and seem to be pretty honest regarding what needs to be done. however where I have a few bones to be picked, is with Thane's work on bridges. He does not stand behind any of his work, and after seeing a few other dentists after having issues with each of the 3 bridges he put in within 6 months to 2 years after, they referred to his work as anything from "sloppy" to "lazy" my first issue is with a single bridge that within 3 months the glue failed and fell out and of course, Thane wouldn't stand behind his work after spending 10's of thousands on all 3 bridges. Had to pay to get it re done. Less than a year later, the glue failed on one side of another bridge, again, not covered by thane, went elsewhere and got it fixed for even cheaper. Fast forward to a month after that and the bridge snaps, why did it? Well each of the two dentists I went to was flabbergasted that it was made out of temporary material, and not porcelain and especially with it being a front tooth, did not contain a metal structure inside, especially since the other two did. Now I've got to buy an entirely new bridge, and of course, Thane doesn't care. Nice guy for general work, my family has gone and trusted him for years, but I'd go elsewhere, and when my brother needed similar work done, he was happy to go elsewhere and got a better result.

I ashamedly had not been to the Dentist for a few years for various reasons including Covid but was so grateful that Carol was there to educate me, encourage me and allowed me to leave with a good start for caring for my teeth and gums without judgement. After also meeting with Thane Anderson I left feeling I had found a new home to visit on a regular basis!

The BEST team! From the front desk staff, to the hygenist, and Doc. Always make me smile, and I trust them with my dental care 100%!! I drive from Madison to see them-wouldn't go to anyone else! Dr. Thane Anderson and Heidi take the time to answer all my dental questions. They explain the x-rays to me, etc. You can tell that they really care about what they do, and, even though I know they are very busy, they make you feel like you are their only pt. Kudos to the entire staff!

I went for a cleaning of my teeth and they are very thorough. Remodeled clean office and the staff is extremely friendly and make sure you are well taken care of and comfortable. They use up to date equipment and have procedures in place for Covid. Masks are optional as of July 19, 2022. Good parking spaces, including for disabled. Wheelchair doors accessible from outside.

Dr. Thane Anderson is a wonderful dentist. He always takes time to talk through any concerns and just chat a little. Sheila is a wonderful technician and I have her every time I go in. She is so kind and caring and very thorough in her work. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and his staff to anyone in need of a dentist.
