I have been a patient here for years. Dr. David Thaler has performed miracles for me. And his "bedside manner" is absolutely perfect. His sense of humor is delightful. Erica cleans my teeth. She also is outstanding at what she does, is a perfectionist, and my teeth love her!!

The best dentistry in town! As a Retired Dental Hygienist who has worked for several dentists, I clearly know the difference between quality dental work and improvised dental work. Dr.Thaler does only what is necessary and practical instead doing unnecessary work strictly for financial gain ( which many dental offices do!). The dental cleanings are extremely thorough as well!

Always very prompt professional and personable. My experiences with dr Thaler and especially Brenda have kept my dental phobia at bay. Not that I look forward to going to the appointments yet now will do so with less anxiety

I had been delaying see Dr. Thayler and folks due to COVID and just pure procrastination. Great visit and terrific staff. I've been going there for15 years and always gotten the best care.

I have been going to this dental practice for years and I appreciate their professionalism and excellent dental care. Nadine does a fantastic job as a dental hygienist. She is thorough and gentle and has a great bedside manner putting her patients at ease.

Took my son in to see Dr.Townsend, (I/we call him Bubba) this was the most pleasant, enjoyable visit I've ever had as far as dentist are concerned. Nadine put my son at ease and was very good at explaining what was being done and how we planned to proceed on some future dental work. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff!

I love Dr Townsend and his staff. Always a great visit. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentist appointment. After switching to Dr Townsend all my past anxieties were gone.

Dr. Townsend is wonderful. We love all of his hygienists and office staff. Terri, especially, stands out for me in kindness and dedication during an emergency dental need I've had, yet I really can't think of anyone we don't adore at Thaler and Townsend! With a family our size, we've pretty much met the whole team at one point or another. Great job.

I have been a patient of Dr Townsend for several years and have always found him and his staff professional, well unformed and courteous. A happy staff means low turnover which provides a sense of stability and familiarity that helps jeep anxiety low. After moving to another state for 2 years, I returned to Gainesville and Dr Townsend. Due to COVID and being in a new location, I had not seen a dentist for 2 yrs. Upon my arrival, I needed an emergency appt, which was handled promptly along with the necessary referral to an oral surgeon. I just completed my first cleaning after my return with Nadine, who was wonderful! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist and staff!

I had a cracked tooth, and called hoping to be seen as an emergency. I texted at 7 pm and reached Dr. Thaler, who texted back for me to make an appt the next day- he had a blank space I could fill. I arrived the next day and spent not only my appt. time but much longer having a temporary crown put in. Dr. Thaler and staff are always courteous and helpful and I feel lucky to have Dr. Thaler and this practice.
