While it takes years of education and hard work to get accepted into an orthodontic residency program, you soon learn that your residency is not the beginning of the end of your years of education. Rather, it is the end of the beginning. I am committed to excellence in orthodontics and, therefore, am continually learning new techniques and innovations in this exciting field.
My extensive education and experience allows me to treat children and adults with the most up-to-date technologies. We offer traditional braces (metal or ceramic), Invisalign, Invisalign Teen and Incognito appliance systems. In addition to private practice, I am a former Clinical Associate Professor of Orthodontics at The University of Pennsylvania. I live in Marlboro with my husband and sons, and when I am not working I love reading, attempting to cook, fussing in my rose garden and spending lazy days at the beach.

I love my new smile & it's all thanks to Dr. Tara & her team. I started Invisalign in another country & needed to finish it here. Dr. Tara's team helped me transfer my case and gave me the best care. The office is very clean, staff is professional and friendly and there are no wait times when you come in for your appointments. I highly recommend!

Dr Gostovich and staff are the best! Both of our kids received phenomenal attention and care. Dr Gostovich monitored our son from an early age due to issues with crowding of his baby teeth. I truly believe his time wearing Invisalign's was greatly shortened due to her pre monitoring. Thank you again Dr Gostovich and all the staff!

Love Dr. Tara & her team....they were all so nice during the entire process....couldn't be happier that she was my orthodontist....never had any issues with my braces & they always felt comfortable....from start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience....it was so pleasant, that the time flew by & before I knew it, my braces were off....if I could, would give them 10 stars--they're the best!

Dr. Tara Gostovich and staff were tremendously professional and caring each step of the way. The office is state of the art (and beautifully designed) and the staff so knowledgeable. The office runs so smoothly Our daughter's experience was wonderful and the results perfect! Dr. Tara takes great care with getting to know each patient and accommodates all needs, in our case some severe food and latex allergies. Even providing us with the metals and products to have tested prior to applying the braces. All precautions were taken each and every time,,, even all the gloves used in the practice already latex-free! We were so comfortable and confident with Dr. Tara from the initial consultation through completion with both our children! We are so happy we chose her and recommend her to all! Our daughter loves her new smile, just as our son did! What a difference and just in time for the start of school!

I can't say enough about what a great experience my daughter and I have had over the last 2 years. Every interaction with every member of Dr. Gostovich's staff has been top notch. My daughter was so frightened about getting braces and Dr. Tara and her staff were WONDERFUL and PATIENT with her every step of the way. They also were very patient with me and all of my questions! Thank you all and as for her teeth, they are now perfect!!

Dr Tara and her staff are amazing. Her office is so clean and run like a machine. We have never had issues waiting for long periods of time and that's really important as working parents. My daughter completed her Invisalign treatment and her teeth look great. Dr. Tara dealt with any issues that came our way quickly and efficiently throughout my daughters treatment. The entire experience was so great and we'd recommend anyone to go here.

Dr Tara and her staff are the warmest group of people and that's on top of being knowledgeable and super efficient. Both my daughter and myself were patients of Dr Tara's (me years ago w/ Invisalign and my daughter just completed her treatment two weeks ago w/ regular braces). We are so pleased with the outcome of both treatments and will miss seeing everyone at the office. We were pleased with how Dr Tara has transitioned so easily into the COVID environment and felt very much at ease with the way she continues to run her office. We highly recommend Dr Tara Gostovich if you truly want a confident smile and like to deal with good people!
