Same experience as noted by another reviewer : "Very poor experience. The dentist barreled through my child's routine filling while my daughter was screaming in pain. She was clearly not numb enough yet the dentist kept pushing forward. We will not be returning. They were too busy to care and were more concerned about booking my child's next appointment. We won't be returning a d do not recommend this practice."

Love this place! My boys have been coming here since we moved to this area for the last 7 years. They range from 11-5. They are so professional, friendly, great with kids, quick but thorough, and my kids always get a prize. They love coming here too. I can't imagine better service anywhere else.

I've had both of my kids seen at Texas Pediatric Dentistry since we moved to the area a couple of years ago. Our experience with cleanings and regular checkups every 6 months have been fine. I've recommended this practice to family and friends. However, our most recent experience has caused me to look for care elsewhere. We received conflicting information from 2 dentists and the front office staff on how to proceed further with an issue around adult teeth breaking through gums. This was after multiple attempts on my end to get information on how to move forward. Needless to say, the conflicting information did not make me feel comfortable in moving forward with any procedure on my child outside of a standard cleaning at their office. I let the practice know my disappointment in how this was handled and my surprise in the lack of interest in making it right. We'll be looking for care elsewhere.

They messed up my appointment. I confirm the appointment during the day and as per them I could come. When I went there, they said that I don't have the appointment. It takes a lot of effort for me to find time and take off from work but they were not professional at all. I offered I can wait if they are able to take me a little later but the response was very cold. It's ok to make mistakes but didn't like two things: 1. When I confirmed in the morning, it'd be really unprofessional how my appointment can disappear. That means their staff is not trained enough. 2. They were not really apologetic. I felt that they didn't care about my time. So I've taken both my kids out from there. If you cancel the appointment on the same day, you are supposed to pay $25 penalty. If they spoil the appointment, just take another one.

This has been such an incredible facility for my kiddos! They always gets us in quickly and take great care of all of our needs. The goodie section is always such a hit at checkout!

Best pediatric dentistry in the area. I've been taking both my kiddos since they were 4 & 2 (they're 10 & 8 now), after having a horrible experience somewhere else. They used to be scared and hated going to the dentist until we found these guys! Now they ask me when it's their next appointment because they want to go! LOL

Staff is amazing and the facility is super kid friendly! Dr made recommendations for my daughter when it was time for braces so we appreciated her help. Great place!

My 3 and 5 year old love coming to the dentist! They are so nice, patient, and show them all the tools in a fun, kid friendly way. We had Shaquinta today and she was so sweet to our girls.

We have never had an experience like we had at Texas Pediatric Dentistry. Our newborn had a severe tongue tie and an additional lip tie that were causing her issues with feeding and even just breathing well. Dr. Jodi and Shannen were actual angels in getting her taken care of and explaining the whole process to us. After this experience we will be switching our entire family's care to this practice. Words can't express how grateful we are for Dr. Jodi and Shannen!
