Marco A. Cueva, D.D.S., M.S. was born and raised in Curitiba, Brazil. He attended the Federal University of Parana receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1988. Dr. Cueva completed three (3) additional years of training in periodontology and dental implantology at Camillo Castelo Branco University in 1991 and maintained his private practice limited to Periodontics and Dental Implants until 1999 when he began his training at Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Cueva completed his Periodontal Residency in 2002 receiving his Masters of Science Degree in Oral Biology with certification in Periodontics from Texas A&M University Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry.

Dr. Cueva is Board Certified by the American Board of Periodontology. He is an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry and served as the Assistant Director of Post Doctoral Graduate Periodontics until November 2007. He is a frequent guest lecturer to State, National and International Dental Societies and various organizations on subjects of Periodontics and Dental Implants. He is a published author of articles and textbook sections relating to Periodontics and Periodontal Plastic Surgery. Dr. Cueva maintains his private practice limited to Periodontics, Dental Implants and Oral Medicine in Allen, Texas.

Dr. Cueva has three children Maria, Marco and Maura. He is active in his Church, loves to go to the Amazon for mission trips serving others and the lord. When he is not working, what he enjoys the most is spending time with his family as much as possible.

Dr. Allen grew up in southern Indiana where she graduated from Salem High School as valedictorian. She earned her BS in Biology from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN in 2014. She then attended Indiana University School of Dentistry where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2018.

Dr. Allen then went on to complete a three-year residency program in Periodontics at the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA). While in San Antonio, Dr. Allen managed a randomized controlled clinical trial investigating ridge preservation and earned her masters degree from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Also, while in San Antonio, Dr. Allen lectured for the International Team for Implantology Study Club.

Dr. Allen is board-eligible for the American Board of Periodontology. Her professional affiliations include memberships in the American Academy of Periodontology, Southwest Society of Periodontists, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Nagashima is proficient in complex full mouth rehabilitations, implant restorations, fixed and removable prostheses (single or multiple crowns and bridges), restorative procedures (fillings), teeth whitening and is invisalign certified.

Valerie brings over 15 years of dental experience to our office. Valerie has worked in several positions in dentistry starting her dental career as a dental assistant and has been an insurance coordinator, treatment coordinator and manager. She has a passion for dentistry but most of all a passion for patient care and team leadership. Valerie has training in Excellence in Communication, Ultimate Team Building, Team Leadership, Maximizing Team Performance and has been a member of American Association of Dental Office Managers. She loves organizing, problem solving and working to make our office more efficient as well as providing excellence in customer service .

Kala is our clinical coordinator and lead dental assistant. She is as kind as she is generous with everyone she meets. Kala takes special care with every patient, ensuring their comfort, concerns, and needs are addressed. Her gentleness and compassion are evident as she escorts patients and their family through the clinical process. Kala is a Registered Dental Assistant with over 19 years of surgical experience. She also holds a certification for Phlebotomy and CPR. When Kala isnt working, youll find her at home, surrounded by her husband, children, grandchildren and many, many pets. She loves spending time with her family on their cattle ranch in west Texas.

Jenny is our patient Scheduling Coordinator. She is usually the first person you meet when you call or walk into our office. She brings over 15 years of dental and excellent customer service experience. She is certified by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners as a Registered Dental Assistant and CPR certified. Her goal is to maintain a timely and consistent level of patient flow throughout the office and she always tries to ensure that each patient is treated like family by our dental team. When not at work Jenny loves watching hockey-GO STARS!, Zumba and traveling, but most of all she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Jenny absolutely adores her 3 adult children!

Carolyn is our sweet and sunny insurance coordinator. Carolyn is passionate about dentistry, hard working and dedicated. Carolyn has 26 years of dental experience. She is a certified dental assistant with experience in general and specialty dentistry. Carolyn is a native of Kansas and honorably served in the US Navy. She and her husband enjoy an active lifestyle with their dog Chi.

Christelle is a born and bred Texan who has been with our team since 2019. She brings energy and passion to her role as a dental hygienist and the relationships she makes with her patients since graduating from Collin College in 2013. She loves that the dental field gives her the unique opportunity to meet people and change lives with a healthy smile leading to whole body health. When shes not caring for patients you can find her at home playing piano or watching football with her husband Jared and 2 sons Rylan and Weston.

Ariel has been in dentistry for 5 years and after working for many different specialists has realized her heart is in oral surgery. She loves her patients like family and loves assisting in making them comfortable and assisting in the process of giving them a healthy smile of their dreams. When Ariel is not working, she is being a strong momma to her 3 energetic beautiful children. She enjoys playing bass guitar, watching horror and comedy fils and rock climbing in Colorado.

Originally from Illinois, Deedra moved to Texas and joined our office in 2018. She began her dental career in 1991 as a Dental Assistant and later enrolled in the Dental Hygiene program at William Rainey Harper College in Palatine, IL. Deedra graduated from the program in 2003 and her interest moved towards periodontology. She enjoys the daily opportunities of working with patients to encourage their understanding of the vital connection between their oral hygiene and their overall health. On a personal note, Deedra is a life-long Chicago Cubs fan and was recently married to a life-long Texas Rangers fan. They were married at a Rangers-Cubs game in 2019. They recently bought a home in Little Elm which they share with their cats.

Chelsea has 10 years experience in medical and dental field and has a true passion for patient care. As a financial coordinator, she is dedicated to working with patients to get them the treatment they need & want. Chlesea grew up in Oklahoma but has spent 7 years in Texas. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her son and two cats. She is an avid lover of music, movies, booksthe arts.

Riley has been a dental assistant for several years starting out her career in general dentistry then transitioned to our office as a surgical assistant. Riley loves the challenges and excitement involved in the dental fields, but most of all loves caring for her patients needs and making sure they leave with a smile. When not working Riley enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Audrey has 20 years scheduling coordinator experience working in pediatrics and 2 years in dental care that has made her an expert in unparalleled patient care. Her smile and bubbly personality will make each step of your process an enjoyable one. Patients and co-workers alike know that she is a problem solver that will address anything put in front of her. In her spare time, Audrey is a mother of 3 amazing children. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, pursuing yoga, cycling and outdoor exploration.

Cinthya has been in dentistry for almost 20 years! She absolutely loves her job, enjoys making patients feels at ease and comfortable. One of her number one priorities is to educate patients, a well informed patient is the key to a successful outcome! Cinthya is bilingual and can help with any of your concerns. She resides in Rowlett, TX. With her two beautiful kids and loving husband.
