Dr. Andrew Xu was born in Shanghai, China. He came to the US when he was sixteen years old. After college, He was accepted into the College of Dentistry, University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, He was accepted into Advanced Education of General Dentistry program at University of Oklahoma to further improve his knowledge and clinical skills in dentistry. Dr. Xu practiced general dentistry for 6 years before he decided to specialize in Endodontics. He obtained his Master of Science in Endodontology and certificate of Endodontist from School of Dentistry, West Virginia University,
Dr. Xu is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics which is the highest honor in Endodontics, awarded by the American Board of Endodontics. To achieve this honor, Endodontists must pass rigorous tests and clinical case presentation. Dr. Xu is a member of American Association of Endodontists and American Dental Association.
Dr. Kavita Doddamane is a Board Certified Endodontist and has been practicingdentistry since 1994. She has been practicing in the Allen area for the past 15 years.She is originally from India and has been living in the North Dallas area for the past 23 years. She received her DMD from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School ofDental Medicine and practiced general dentistry in the North Dallas area beforereturning to school for her endodontic training. Dr. Doddamane completed her specialtytraining in endodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry, receiving both a Certificate inEndodontics and a Masters in Oral Biology.
After practicing dentistry for the past 25 years and Endodontics for the past 17 years Dr.D is still passionate about keeping up with latest advancements and research. Hercontinued interest in learning enabled her to pursue Board Certification almost 8 yearsinto her practice and she completed the rigorous program in less than 2 years andattained Diplomate status.
During her free time, Dr. D enjoys painting, sketching and practicing yoga. Shevolunteers at the Art Center of Plano and regularly donates her paintings for the AnnualFund-raising events at the Art Center of Plano. Dr. Doddamane lives in Allen with herhusband and two children and their fur baby.

For my initial contact with the office - to my root canal, I felt very comfortable. Dr. Xu took care of me; he's a very kind man. He and his staff gave impeccable service!! Highly recommend! He is so knowledgeable in his craft!

The staff was very friendly and Dr. Xu was very informative, I was really nervous about the anesthetic but he took his time and I didn't even feel the "sting". I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

A route canal visit with Dr Xu today in Wylie, TX. His techniques knowledge expertise and patience truly make the procedure smooth and seamless. Would recommend him over and over for any Endodontic care. His staff in Wylie and Allen are true assets to his team ! Thanks again Dr Xu for another successful procedure.

Dr. Xu and his whole staff were great. I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal on an old crown whilst I am undergoing orthodontic work. The new patient paperwork and check-in process was done electronically. The treatment plan and billing was straightforward. Check-in and wait time at the office was minimal. The treatment itself was done with a great level of care and concern for patient pain level and explanations along the way. Thank you Dr. Xu and staff for keeping my brilliant smile intact.

My tooth broke and Dr Xu was able to fix it without feeling any discomfort. I couldn't feel the injection to numb up the area which is awesome! He was easy going and very comforting with a gentle touch..which is always a good thing!
