Dr. Lo is an exceptional dentist. I can't emphasize that enough. He loves what he does and it shows. I place my full trust in his ability to take care of all of my dental needs. I will never go to another dentist. I'm sold for life!

I haven't done with the cleaning yet so I can't comment on that. But one thing I felt really annoyed is they wouldn't tell you what's going, just keep you waiting and waiting after multiple checks. Then keeping telling you "we will be ready" "we will take you in in a minute" . Then came back to you to ask for a reschedule. I feel the staff didn't really care and show no respect for patients' time. It's like you deserve to wait for however long if you came to the practice. Communication is so bad.

Had my very first visit at Texas Dental today and the whole staff was absolutely phenomenal!!! Everyone was super friendly, and made me feel right at home. Sandra and Mona were sooo amazing very thorough and helpful with my procedure, thanks again for amazing experience!

My child was having an issue with his braces wire. Dr. Lo normally works on him and is amazing, but was out of town. Sandra and Mika to the rescue. They got us in super quickly and fixed the problem. They are always so great to my whole family!!!

The customer service here is absolutely fantastic. I thank Dr. Patel, Luis, Erica, and Stephanie for making my visit comfortable. I did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely be coming back.
