Came with my husband for his appointment and figured I'd make an appointment for myself. I wasn't expecting to be seen the same time my husband was being seen (that was pretty sweet). Everyone was nice and professional. The facility was very neat and clean (even the restroom). Thanks everyone for all your help today!

Went to see Dr. Kim for my routine check up and maintenance. Her practice made sure I was comfortable during my visit and Dr. Kim took the time to explained everything she was going to do. I had such a great experience that I also brought my 18 month son for his examination as well!

I came for a routine check up and cleaning. Doctor Kim showed me on X-rays why my gums were sore and bleeding. It turns out I had periodontal disease where you lose bone/gum over time. I got deep cleaning done and am planning to go for maintenance. I was very satisfied with the work doctor did! She explained everything one by one and their treatment coordinator explained insurance cost and my cost in details. They also have payment plan option for those who has difficult time getting treatment because of financial problems. Everyone was very professional and nice. When you go, they are very quick to bring you inside to be seen. Then they play Netflix and turn on massage chair while you get numb. When you are done, they give you free tooth brush, tooth paste and floss. Def recommend! Their prices are cheap compared to mint dentistry where I used to go.

My son has been a patient for a little over two years the doctors are great, knowledgeable, friendly and overall professional. The ladies in the front are organized and very nice. My son is in and out in no time, first time I don't have to wait hrs to get attended or scheduled. Thank you!

Worst experience with this office. I had an appointment today (5/29/21), at 2:00pm. I confirmed my appointment and spoke to the front desk the prior day. When I arrived at my appointment, front door was locked.. I waited 20mins, no response. I called them twice, voicemail stated that they were closed. I thought there was probably an emergency, since it's Memorial Day weekend. The reception Josy made my appointment for 2pm. She returned my call at 3:05pm.. I was already home. Josy stated that they were low on staff and that's why no one was at the front, to receive me. So unprofessional, I'm disgusted with this business. Josy, next time text or call the patients to make them aware. I've been a receptionist before, I make sure my patients are well informed. Rating 1 star, should be 0 stars.

No sense of time at all this place should be closed immediately i had an appointment at 11 and i didn't see the dentist until 1pm. The last place you want to come to in Houston.

My father had a rotten tooth that was making eating very painful. He needed a tooth extraction and we were very fortunate to come to TCD. He was attended to by Dr. Vien Nguyen and she was nothing short of fantastic! Her chair-side manner is second to none. She was extremely patient, very kind, and did everything she could to make sure my dad was comfortable. I highly recommend seeing her if you are in the Humble area!

The cleaning was good. But the dentist told I had a cavity. I could not see it, he was going to charge me $150, I told him I was going to come back when I had more time. I get my teeth cleaned often, and whitened. I take good care of them. I was concerned in a way, so I went to a different dentist, it turned out I never had a cavity. Imagine if I had more time. I will never go back to that place. I would make sure they are not taking my money for no reason, and not drilling in my teeth for no reason. awful experience.

I came for a routine clean/check up, and also to get my crown filled post root-canal. Dr. Vien Nguyen is professional yet personable, and made the experience the best it could be for someone who absolutely loathes dentist offices. Checking in was smooth and easy, and the staff were all friendly and efficient. Everyone was really good about letting me know what they were doing while they were doing it, so there were no surprises. Super recommend Dr. Vien Nguyen!
