I was discriminated against due to my insurance at this facility. According to my insurance company, Dr Ronald is covered in my network and is accepting new patients. I provided my insurance information during the initial appointment call and again at my scheduled appointment. After filling out my paperwork I was told by the receptionist that they take my insurance but not through Medicaid. No logical reasoning or justification was given by the receptionist or Dr. Ronald. "We (Dr and Staff) agreed not to deal with your type (Medicaid)!" This will NOT be the last complaint that I make. I'm seeking legal action for advice about this matter because this was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Well, I wondered why people I knew, that had dentures, never wore them. It's because they did't have the made by Dr. E Terry. Because my dentures came out perfect. Denture wearers have to understand, there will be new adjustments they have to make. nothing is 100% like it was. New dentures, new chewing patterns, you have to chew slower, more careful, and just take your time. I will refer Terry Family Dentistry to anyone needing dental work. I am a very satisfied customer.

It started out okay but keeps going downhill. While I realize it's a small office (and pandemic) there is no reason to reschedule a child's dental appointment for the third time and not even be present. The second reschedule, the time was moved without notice. At least send a quick email, text, call, something to let your patient know the office is closed for whatever reason.

Moving here to Virginia I've had to find all new providers to care for me. Dr. Terry and staff are so kind and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. They were very through and went and above and beyond for me. As an expecting mother it's always a scary getting x-ray's, they took all the extra precautions to keep my baby safe. Thank you to all the staff for making my first visit a great one!!!!

He's an amazing dentist. From before, during, and, also, after the procedure that your not in any kind of pain. He is very excellent at what he does. We love him as our family dentist. He is just awesome! I would highly recommended you to go and visit his office.

I am a new patient and I'm so happy I chose this office. They were very busy the day I went, but I still got the attention I needed as a patient. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, each staff member was friendly, smiling, and helpful. My hygienist took the time to explain each step she did in my cleaning and explained what exactly I needed to do personally for my healthiest smile.

From the front desk to the hygienist and doctor everyone was so nice. They make you feel welcome and comfortable, especially for someone who doesn't like going to the dentist.

I been going to mr DrTerry Ronald since 2004 and him and his staff is the best hands down they do a great job make sure your comfortable and treat you like family
