Terry Reilly Health Services strives to provide high-quality, accessible health care at a cost that is affordable to every family in the Treasure Valley. As a community health center, we serve Southwest Idaho with locations in Ada, Canyon, and Owyhee counties. We believe in a healthcare system that ensures care for the whole person, which is why Terry Reilly operates clinics with integrated medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy services. This enables doctors, dentists, counselors and pharmacists to work together under one roof to provide the best care in a Patient Centered Medical Home.

The staff of Terry Reilly Health Services aims to provide a positive patient experience in which each individual receives the healthcare that they need. As an organization, we know that healthcare isnt always affordable. This is why its our mission to manage the cost of healthcare for individuals and families throughout our communities, regardless of income or insurance status. We accept all insurance and also have a sliding fee scale for those who are uninsured or underinsured.

The vision and policy that has allowed Terry Reilly Health Services to increase services every year since the opening our opening is stronger than ever. What began in 1971 to help a small group of children is now series of community health clinics providing quality services to close to 40,000 patients annually.

This is to notify you that under Federal law relating to the operation of community health centers, the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), (See 28 U.S.C. 1346 (b), 2671-80) provides the exclusive remedy for damage from personal injury, including death, resulting from the performance of medical, surgical, dental, or related functions by any Terry Reilly practitioner who the Department of Health and Human Services has deemed to be an employee or volunteer of the Public Health Service. This FTCA medical malpractice coverage applies to deemed health care practitioners who have provided a required or authorized service under Title XIX of the social Security Act (ii.e., Medicaid Program) at a Terry Reilly site or through offsite programs or events carried out by Terry Reilly (see 42 U.S.C. 233(a), (o)).

The legacy of Terry Reilly began and grew in response to a need found in a small group of children and their families in the Seasonal Farmworker population of Nampa, Idaho. Many of these farmworkers lived in sub-standard conditions and had limited access to healthcare and other social services.

Terry Reilly was sent to Nampa by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise to help provide services to the farmworker community. Working out of a large renovated house which he named the Gente House (House of the People), Terry began to research and address some of the needs of the community. Gente House quickly became a neighborhood center for children, providing a tutoring program created by Terry himself. Terry began to notice that many of these children who came for tutoring seemed to have chronic conditions that were being ignored. He filled the need by convincing a local pediatrician named Dr. Clarence McIntyre to volunteer his services and open a clinic in the back of Gente House. Dr. McIntyre agreed and the clinic was opened on May 1st, 1971.

With a growing demand for services, a federal grant allowed for the creation of Community Health Clinics, Inc.. Terry, his wife Rosie, and several staff members soon purchased space in the Square Deal Grocery Store building, which remains the site of the original Nampa clinic.

Because of Terrys tireless work to raise awareness of the need for access to quality health care in rural Idaho, additional Federal Qualified Health Care (FQHC) grants allowed for the creation of clinics all over Ada, Canyon, and Owyhee counties. In Terrys honor, the name of the organization was changed to Terry Reilly Health Services. Today, the mission of Terry Reilly remains the same, operating medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics for everyone throughout the Treasure Valley.

(Translated by Google) Thank you very much doctor Melinda Jensen!... it is worth the wait for the attention with the doctor, all the clinics of the Terry dentists always have their agendas busy in the dental department, but the attention of the doctor is first class , very patient and professional for the children, the quality of the service is worth waiting for in the agendas. Three years ago she touched us and today again if the quality of the service has not changed. 100% recommended with her. Blessings. Bendiciones.

Terry Reilly is the best. Everyone is always very kind and patient. Dr. Butts is always happy to explain all the details of cleaning and set you on the right track for brushing and flossing. Dr. Jensen is happy to refer you for complicated cases and always has a welcoming smile. They sometimes even give you cleaning kits. Highly recommend!

I went in last week because a broken tooth is causing me pain and I need it extracted. The front desk is where they keep screwing up. They initially set me a "limited exam" where I got the problem area x-ray and looked at. That cost $230 without insurance. Then I was told by the dentist to have a extraction set for the next week. I went in for my extraction yesterday and the nurse did a full x-ray of my whole mouth, the dentist came in and that's when I found out from him that they set up the wrong appointment and instead of an extraction, I was just getting examined again. They charged me another $230. And I still have to schedule an extraction. I feel like I was scammed into paying for 2 exams.

Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. My mom went in for a routine dental cleaning, and was denied a deeper more extensive cleaning due to her crowding and crooked teeth. They referred her to an orthodontist and told her that once she fixed and straightened out her teeth that she could then return and get the deep cleaning completed. Until then, there would be no deep cleaning completed for her. She has had deep cleanings before at Terry Riley with no problem, without the need for a referral to the orthodontist/ offensive comments. She was turned away from receiving care due to some crowding? Seems like it was just more convenient for Dr, saved him some time. Save your money and don't come here.

Dr. Jensen and the entire staff here have truly been life-changing for me and teeth. They are busy, but I have been a patient here for over 4 years and they are all truly gracious and helpful. I don't think they hear it enough; they are all awesome!!

I am really writing this review because of my dentist, Dr. Beck. I am happy to let people know that Terry Reilly Dental at 1st St provided me with a very positive experience recently. I have been 3 times and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. The office seems to be efficient (although calling in to talk with someone is a bit of a challenge) and as with most people - I do not like dental work. My previous visits with other dentists have been challenging to say the least. During my visit to do a crown, Dr. Beck was very patient, kind and understanding. He worked thoroughly but gently and you can tell he truly cares for the patient. I was so excited to finally find a dentist who truly cares I had to write this review. I am sure Dr. Beck will treat you right.

I went in for an initial and a cleaning. I had a broken tooth that needed a root canal before anything else. This is right before covid and finances were an issue. After over a year of trying to get in, I was never even given a quote for the root canal that I had to pay in full before the procedure. I had long wait times over the phone and constantly transferred to voicemail boxes. I never got a call back. Finally took my stimulus check to Aspen dental where I got in and the procedure done the same day.

I have a crack in my tooth which I am trying to fix before it becomes anything more serious, like a root canal. I had to wait months to schedule my appointment, because I wasn't allowed to schedule the appointment until I paid the full amount up front. So I paid, and once I paid I took the soonest appointment they had, which was months out. Today is the day my appointment is scheduled for, and the day of my appointment they call me to tell me their provider isn't available today and I have to reschedule for the end of April! It's so frusterating, I had to request time off work, pay a babysitter, and it's all for nothing now!

It is hard to get an appointment, but it's worth the wait. I'm grateful for dental care I can afford.

This location is very unprofessional. I've had to call them four separate times for an appointment and twice they told me that I couldn't set up an appointment until the next month. So I call back the next month and they want me to schedule out to 5 weeks. Hopefully they can find a better office manager for that location

Everyone I've encountered has been really nice. Front desk, dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists.
