Dr. Terry is well known outside of the dental field as well. He and his wife Jules are avid competitive sailboat racers; Mainly the E Scow, MC Scow, and Melges 24 class boat; He also enjoys skiing out in Utah, especially on the 'snorkel powder days'; And is improving on his golf skills.
Justin attended the Brooks Institution of Photography in Santa Barbara, California, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography. He then studied at American Film Institution in Hollywood, California receiving a Masters of Arts in Product Design. Dr. Terry attended GVSU and MSU, (GO GREEN!) for his dental school prerequisites. Justin received his dental schooling from The University Of Michigan. GO BLUE!!! We are very excited to have Justin join our team.
If you are from around the Muskegon area, you might have seen a yellow jeep with eyelashes. This is Jules Terry's Car!! Jules was born and raised in the mountain town of Durango, Colorado, and spent her summers here with her family in Frankfort. Jules attended both Arizona State and the University of Colorado in Boulder. She taught high school science, worked in infectious diseases for Johnson and Johnson.Coaching high school alpine ski racing has been a passion of Jules for over 20 years. She has also spent many years being a volunteer alpine ski racing coach for the National Ability Center. Her main goal is to help get adaptive alpine ski racers on the ParaOlympic Alpine Ski Team.
Jana has been a dental assistant for over 33 years! She is married and has 2 daughters and a son-in-law. Jana spends time her time sewing, gardening, golfing, and hanging out with her 2 German Shorthair dogs.
Hello! I am a native Michigander thathad to leave our beautiful state to reach my career goals. I have known Iwanted to be a hygienist since I was eight years old. To reach this goal, I joined the US Navy in 2000. I used college money from the military to go to school for Dental Hygiene. Like anyone in the military, I have lived in a few different cities including Chicago, Seattle, and Denver.

The hygienist and dentist were professional and friendly. Cleaning was quick and on time. Filling was delayed. I spent 1/2 hour on cleaning. Great. But the filling was delayed. I sat for one hour before filling. Numbed up and then sat for another 1/2 hour. Filling took about 1/2 hour. So it took ALL my morning. I started my appointment at 9:30 am and did not leave until 12:15 pm.

This office and staff are AMAZING! I have NEVER liked going to the dentist, and I actually like coming here! They know who I am when I walk through the door and greet me like an old friend. All the staff are so nice and down to earth. They are kind and patient and that makes all the difference. 100% recommend!

I am so happy to be back with Terry Dental. Dr. R. Terry was very thorough with my exam and knew exactly what my problem was. He is an absolute favorite...and he and Johnna have always been patient with me and work impeccably together!!!! It was good to see his wonderful/friendly staff...which I have missed !!!! Thank you Jules for your help on getting me reconnected with the Terry Dental office through our phone conversations ! Terry Dental is the BEST !!!!!

Entire staff is incredibly kind and professional. Had all four of my wisdom teeth out and it was a breeze. Dr. Terry must actually be a magician because there was little to no pain during the entire procedure!

I would give Terry Dental 5 stars if l'd seen Dr Terry alittle longer. However, l believe this is the current practice for many dentists, so on to the good review! My dental hygienist (Logan?) was professional & friendly. She cleaned my teeth with a gentle hand & the cleaning went very smoothly. The office is clean & cheerful, with birds to view outside the window. I've now seen both Dr Terrys, with Dr Justin putting a successful crown on a molar (no pain, ever), & l think l an in good hands!
