I just got home from dentist and I have never felt so comfortable . The receptionist was awsome so nice and friendly ..everyone was nice and I'm glad I went there !!! Thank you

My experience at this dentist office was a nightmare. Spent a month missing my front tooth and getting blisters from a titanium inplant exposes and in the very front of my mouth. The destists and staff at this dentist office were very unpleasant and arrogant. If you ever need an inplant done please do your homework and don't make the mistake I made. Not all who claim to be good dentist are. The dentists at the Bartonsville Terrerey Dental office are incompetent and arrogant.

Rude rude rude and ignorant when it comes to bedside manner and dealing with patients with high anxiety then will turn around and tell you he should've said something even though high anxiety is in my husbands chart

I haven't been to the dentist in 15 years. Actually went to terrary as a child. I'm in recovery from opioids after using for 10 years. My teeth were destroyed. Half of them rotting out of my mouth. I had originally went to their office for tooth pain and possible infection when the one side of my face was swollen. I saw Dr barber and he created a plan for me on which teeth I need taken out and which ones can be fixed. I made an appointment with an oral surgeon which I will be seeing in September. I am going to need alot of teeth taken out. After my teeth are removed and healed I can be fit for removable partials. Until my appointment I have made appointment for fillings and cleanings. I have had 2 filling appointments so far. My last appointment was to fill my 4 front teeth. They called me in almost immediately when I got there and then numbed me. I literally didn't feel anything and in total took about 30 minutes and I had a brand new smile. Dr barber told me what he was doing throughout the procedure like when I was almost done and had such great bedside manner. when he was finished I looked at my new smile and started crying I was so happy. My smile has been destroyed for the last 6 years and I can finally open my mouth with confidence. I cannot wait to finish the rest of my procedures and I am back on track with 6 month cleanings and my mouth no longer hurts. Thank you sooooo much!

If you get charged up front for a service because "your insurance doesn't cover it" call your insurance company. You may be surprised.

Dentist and his assistant have poor disposition and developed zero rapport with patient. If my choice I will never ever go back. Go only if you don't have a choice. #subsidized. They did not and will not do my implants. Their loss $$$$

I love the staff as well as Dr Terrery I have been a patient for many years from filling to root canals and recently I got a zoom whiten treatment I can't be more happier with my results. If you are looking for a dentist this is definitely the place to go.

I would have given NO starts if I had the option!! I went in for a filling and ended up in excruciating pain as a result. The dentist drilled too far when he was doing my filling and hit my nerve. I called the office to make them aware of the pain I was in and was told to go to the ER. No one at the office was willing to see me and check into what was wrong. I needed antibiotics and pain meds. I called the office again 3 days after I went to the ER as per what the ER instructed me to do and they finally said they would see me. They took an X-Ray and saw the dentist had drilled too far and hit my nerve when he did the filling. My insurance doesn't cover route canals and he refused to remove the tooth so now I am stuck in immense pain and no solution. They wouldn't even offer any plan for paying for a route canal. I can't chew on the left side of my mouth. Thanksgiving is in 2 days and I am in so much pain. The staff is really rude and condescending. They keep referring me out to other offices instead of fixing their mistake. If you want medical malpractice, negligence, and staff that doesn't help this is the perfect dentist for you. If you want quality dental care and a compassionate staff who actually LISTENS and CARES this is not the dental office to go to.

I highly recommend Dr. Barber at Terrery Dental. I've never had the best teeth, but they had gotten progressively worse over the last year and a half. I've always hated going to the dentist, my last dentist broke a tooth when he had to pull a different one, so I was a bit wary about finding another one. Let me just say that Dr. Barber has changed my life. He did so much work on my teeth that I actually can smile in pictures with my daughter now. I used to hide my smile constantly over the last year. He did amazing work and him and Desiree both made me feel so comfortable that I actually looked forward to going to my next appointment. I am so happy I have finally found a good dentist to go to.

WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER! They have the rudest people working at the front desk. They threatened to call the police on me and told me to leave their office for asking questions about why they were trying to send me a bill that was $1000 more than the bill that was sent to me by my insurance provider. They charge patients for canceling appointments even when you call ahead of time. Worst experience ever ! It's sad, because I had been going to them for yearsssss, and then during the pandemic they really began to show their true colors. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

I was taken care today by Shelly , she was awesome and very kind. She gave me tips on how to continue to keep my teeth healthy and clean. Also the front staff was very sweet. The staff are always sweet and overall fast, and get you in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I had a horrible experience today. There were so many rude things said to me, I can't possibly go over all of them. I hope there are security cameras with sound so that the higher ups can see and hear how staff addresses their clients. Good luck to all who dare. I pray you have a better experience.
