Dr.Malcolm was great just for a cleaning I am a new patient I am very pleased. Reading some of the reviews had me not wanting to go to this particular location so I just went for myself. The whole staff was very professional! Dr Malcom was calm and attentive during my visit. When meeting with him his experience shows through his work. Very easy to speak to and knowledgeable! Thanks again

The dentist broke my crown while doing a root canal and my insurance then denied me to get a new one. My tooth broke as a result and I was told there isnt much that can be done about it by the office staff. It's my front tooth! I now have to find an emergency dentist and it's a holiday weekend which means I *may* be able to be seen Tuesday. I won't be returning to say the least.

Great staff; upgraded the offices (has been there since childhood). Awesome they also have a pediatrician for the younglings now; so my children can attend. Wonderful services and staff are always in good spirits. Positive atmosphere, makes you feel welcomed.

Went in for an extraction, and everything went as planned. Reasonable rates. No pain. And out before lunch......Thanks Mr. Waters..

One dentist, was very rude. My husband went in to get a tooth pull & to make a long story short, my husband is in GW waiting to have surgery because the rude lady damaged his jaw even more. When we called to see what needs to be done, she was very rude & ended up hanging up on him. It's no wonder she made him sign a waiver if something happened!!! (he paid out of pocket). I've had good experiences with DrTerrell but after this experience, never again will I visit there. BeeSparrow

In these days, it is rare to have a real human touch - like treatment from medical professionals. Just about everything is fixed by some kind of system or programs which makes me distant to them. Specifically, when it comes to a visit to a dentist, I've always been frozen to start with. But, Dr. Waters greeted me with a big smile as if he knew me from before and took care of my teeth very gently with caring manner. Thank you Dr. Waters! Oh, his service was affordable too.
