The best dental care I have ever experienced! Dr Davis was very Professional, courteous, and friendly. So was the staff.

Dr. Davis and his office staff are amazing. I called with a dental emergency and they got us in same day. Everyone was so friendly and understanding, the surgery was quick and efficient and they were so generous about being available for any help or questions we may have following the surgery. Their prices are great and their office is nice and clean. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here.

Posting as Charlene Combs. I went in to have 3 molars pulled and the whole procedure was professional and done within 20 minutes! No pain at all. Out of all the dentists I've been to, this is by far the best. Staff is also friendly and professional. I recommend Dr Davis 100%

I called today to make an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed. My dentist has told me he was older and accepted medical. The first question they asked me was my weight. They never even asked my name just my weight and I was told by the receptionist that the doctor doesn't work on people that are my weight. She was extremely rude and refused me my needed surgery because of my weight ( I don't weight THAT much ). If he is so old that he cannot handle people who aren't skinny maybe he shouldn't be in practice. If you are even slightly curvy like me don't even try this old jerk

Well, I asked for a recommendation for an oral surgeon who accepts Medi-Cal. Dr. Rust was recommended. So I called to make an appointment for my grandson who lives in the Eureka area. Guess what! He won't take anyone from that area! Even though he is going to be living with me in Red Bluff. The receptionist was kind of a bi__h. When I told here he was going to be living with me, she said "Well, you already told me he lives in Eureka. So I have to say no."

Dr. Rust pulled my wisdom tooth for cheaper than any other dentist. It was super quick and he didn't even charge for me for the x-rays. He's good and actually cares about his patients and his work. My wisdom tooth was constantly getting infected and I didn't have insurance so I was trying to make it as cheap as possible since I am on a budget. He gave me such a good deal it almost feels like a blessing. He went above and beyond what I expected of him.

I had 5 teeth extracted today under general anesthesia & via Denti-Cal. Impeccably clean office, state-of-the art technology, courteous office staff. And Dr. Rust himself was very kind & likeable. I wasn't afraid of the extractions themselves but was afraid because this was my 1st time going under general anesthesia. His presence & bedside manner was calming & put me at ease. For the people complaining about Denti-Cal, as someone who is fairly well-informed on how it works, it's clear to me that there are problems either on your end or on Denti-Cal's. (I'm not in the insurance or healthcare industry, but have intense interest in the world of medical/dental coding & have read the Denti-Cal Provider Manual in its entirety. It's an odd hobby of mine, but a hobby nonetheless.) I know Denti-Cal sucks because I too am stuck with it, but don't vent your insurance frustrations against the doctor who is trying to help. They don't control insurers & they don't deserve your slander. Place the blame where it belongs; it doesn't belong with Dr. Rust's office.

I had to have my wisdom teeth extracted today. On a side note, I have the worst needle phobia. Dr. Rust and his dental assistants were very welcoming and gave me comfort during a stressful time. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Rust spoke to me the entire time he was inserting the IV, which calmed my nerves and put my mind at ease. Thank you, Dr. Rust and the dental assistants at Dr. Rust's office! You all are wonderful individuals and I appreciate you turning this frightening moment, in to the best experience!! I am relieved to know I was in the best hands! Kind regards, Jacquelyn Jansen

I was really nervous to get my wisdom teeth out, and the staff at Dr. Rust's office was super nice! Dr. Rust was very pleasant and talked to me the entire time until i fell under the anesthesia. Would definitely recommend going here!

Bottom line: Don't go here unless you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. Pros: They accept Medical* "Only if you have three or more teeth removed if not its not worth his time and its out of pocket cost." Google should really allow a "no star," option for reviewing business especially like this one. His staff seemed in a very big hurry to do everything, after we filled out the patient intake form and proceeded to the back after telling the staff of my wife's disorders. And disclosing her medical history and the fact she was pregnant, we were rushed back to the surgery room. After explaining again to the RDS that she has had bad experiences at dentist offices in her childhood and she gets panic attacks because of it. They said "not a problem we work with people that have fears all the time." Then the doctor rushed in was very short didn't go into detail on much or even introduce him self more than I'm "so and so." It seem to me it was like he was in the Olympics for who can get the most teeth pulled in the least amount of time." He wasn't patient or real professional, then he stated "I was suppose to already of left town an hour ago to go to Truckee." And since my wife was having a problem with trying to rush through everything she asked him to slow down. He again tried to rush and just ignore when she asked for time to calm down. And he said QUOTE "you have 10 seconds, if not I'm leaving and your baby will suffer and you can loose it." With his puffy attitude it was clear he said that to try and make her stop telling him to slow down. Mind you this is all transpiring in under 2-3 minutes. So then it was clear to me he wasn't considering anything more than trying to cram us in as fast as they could so he could get the money, rather than scheduling an appointment with us so he could take the appropriate amount of time. Everyone knows when you rush things you make mistakes and creates more of a problem.
