Dr. Henderson is originally from Greenville, MS. He graduated college from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2001 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. In 2005, Dr. Henderson received his D.M.D. from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Afterwards, Dr. Henderson completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Centerin Houston.
Dr. Henderson is one of the top providers of Invisalign clear aligners in the state of Mississippi. He also has extensive education in the dental treatment of obstructive sleep apnea and CEREC digital dental technology.
Dr. Henderson is a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. He also has completed a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Henderson is also a member of the American Dental Association and Mississippi Dental Association.
Dr. Henderson has always maintained a great loyalty to his alma mater of USM. He is a proud member of the Board of Directors of the USM Athletic foundation, lifetime member of the USM Alumni Association and a member of the Circle of Champions in the Eagle Club.
Dr. Buddy Wallace was born in Hattiesburg, MS. His family moved to Monroe, LA early on in his childhood. He grew up in Northeast Louisiana where he graduated from Neville High School. After high school, Dr. Wallace attended the University of Florida where he graduated in December of 1972. After college, Dr Wallace made the move back to Louisiana and graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Wallaces educational accomplishments allowed him to be admitted into the C. Edmund Kells Honor Society. Upon graduation in 1977, he moved back to Hattiesburg where he and his wife, Deborah Diane Wallace, reside. Dr. Wallace has had a long and very fulfilling practice in the beautiful city of Hattiesburg. Dr. Wallace frequently tells his patients that he plans to continue practice as long as the good Lord lets him.
Dr. Janice Touchstone is a graduate of Pearl River Community College, Millsaps College, and the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry. She has been practicing dentistry in the Hattiesburg area since 2007. She is a graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Procedures with emphasis in neuromuscular and cosmetic dentistry. She has also completed Botox and fillers training for cosmetics and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. Dr. Touchstone truly enjoys all types of dentistry, but most of all, she enjoys getting to know her patients and their families!
Originally from Picayune, Mississippi, Dr. Touchstone met her husband, Brad, at PRCC. After finishing school in Jackson, they decided to make Brads hometown of Hattiesburg their home. They have one daughter, Ryleigh Jane, who attends Sumrall schools. In Dr. Touchstones spare time, she enjoys watching her daughter dance, attending church with her family and friends at Temple Baptist Church, exercising, and baking treats. She has served her community by being involved in the Rotary Club of Hattiesburg, Lions Club of Sumrall, and being a board member of Girl Scouts of Greater Mississippi.
Dr. Sutton received her doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry and has been practicing in the Hattiesburg area since 2012. She and her husband, Josh, a native to Hattiesburg, are both University of Southern MS graduates. She is a member of the ADA, MDA, South Mississippi Dental Society, Junior Auxiliary, and USM Alumni Association.
Dr. Sutton was recently selected for Fellowship in the American College of Dentistry. She is joining an elite group of colleagues who have been nominated by two Fellows and reviewed by a distinguished five-member committee. Selection to Fellowship reflects your exceptional leadership, achievements, and involvement in the dental profession and in your community.
When Dr. Sutton is not working, she enjoys playing tennis, attending USM football games and spending time with her baby girl, Molly James. She and her husband Josh, are active members of Grace Temple Church.
Dr. Michael Fast was born in Columbia, MO and moved to Phoenix, AZ with his family when he was a small boy. He excelled in basketball at Washington High and continued his education in nearby Tempe. Receiving a BS degree in Biology from Arizona State University in 1980, Dr. Fast moved to San Francisco to attend the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. He graduated in 1983 with a D.D.S. After marriage to Lori, a Dexter, MS native and graduate of USM, they moved to Phoenix where Dr. Fast began his dental career of 37 + years.
The privilege to own private practices in Phoenix, AZ and Columbia, MS for 23 of those years provided Dr. Fast the opportunity to also provide services in a critical care hospital, Gila River Indian Reservation, in Sacaton, AZ. He also served patients in MS and MO at Access Family Care facilities. Dr. Fast, a member of the American Dental Association, also served as Adjunct Professor at the University of MO-Kansas City School of Dentistry, while employed by Access Family Care in MO.
Dr. Fast and his wife feel blessed to have been able to raise their children in the Hattiesburg area. They all graduated from Oak Grove, MSU, and USM, except the youngest-who calls University of Arkansas her alma mater.

I had good experience with the service this place offers and all so bad experience with this place the customer needs to be more welcoming especially when it the customer paying for the service. Time to find another Dentist.

I didn't like the way Dr Wallace came in and check my teeth he checked it without a mask that was very disrespectful he did not communicate with me like he should he about my teeth I think he is very racist I will never be going back he spits in your face without a mask

Dr Wallace is AMAZING!!!! I'm going on 50, first pain-free dental I have ever had. Dr Wallace was very informative as to each step coming up and very reassuring. The staff was very polite and makes you feel as very close friends or family. So happy to have Dr Wallace, Terrance Dental in Purvis as my dentist.

I had a difficult extraction done at this clinic. Dr. Michael Fast was terrific, and his assistants were equally great. Took excellent care of me throughout the procedure and was pain-free. Highly recommend.

Do NOT go here. Honestly I wish that I could give 0 stars. My boyfriend goes in there with a chipped tooth, and no insurance. We were aware that it would be pricey considering he had no insurance. So we paid the $250 to get his chipped tooth fixed, no problem. My boyfriend gets called back there, and no more than 20 minutes later he came back out. I was wondering why he was done so quickly. My boyfriend even said that the dentist was bragging about how quickly he got it done. We left and went home. Later that night, my boyfriend smiles at me and I notice his tooth is boken again. Whatever that doctor did to "patch" his broken tooth fell out in less than 4 hours.. he calls them and explains what has happened. All they tell him is basically oh well, you can pay $900 to get a cap. He was not warned that the patchwork could easily fall out. If we were told that we would not have WASTED $250! We have two children! The least they could have done is have another dentist re-do what the first one should have done!! That was clearly bad dentistry! How about instead of racing to get finished, you take your time and do the best you can. Thanks. 10 out of 10 would NOT recomend this dentist.

Had a pest of a wisdom tooth pulled. Very great service. Talked me through, and let me know step by step as to what he was doing. Dr. Wallace is a grade A doctor.
