Waste of time and money. 4K down the drain just for my teeth to not be straight. Not to mention the horrible customer service. Fake nice at first but when there's a problem you're on your own. Regret coming here for so long.

I've been coming to them since I was a child, and I love their service. They're always very sweet and professional, I'll be staying with them as long as I'm in San Diego.

Staff was very friendly, but honestly don't waste your time with this place. I wasted my time with these people and I wouldn't wish the same experience with anyone else. If I could of given a lower rating I would. Thanks for nothing Terra Nova Dentistry.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and funny! Steven the receptionist is amazing, and so are the doctors and dental assistants. The dentists also tell funny stories when they do your teeth which makes the whole dental process way less boring.

I love this place. Steven is very helpful and nice. He works at the front desk. He has always helped me find the best choices and cares about the customers. He is honest and tries his best to acomodate a solution to your dental problems based on your budget. The dentist are always nice too. Very professional, clean place.

Office staff is incompetent. Appointment on April 13 at 9 AM. Arrived at office at 8:45 waited until 905 when the office opens late was told my appointment has been changed to 10 AM. No apology rude treatment. May 4th follow-up appointment scheduled at 9:00am- rescheduled to 10:00am, May 24 Crown delivery appointment originally at 9 AM, but I learned my lesson and called they told me 1030 I arrived at 10:15 and was told I was late. The crown didn't fit the x-ray machine didn't work I was there for a long long time-- and had to come back again. Made the appointment for June 14 at 9 AM -- had a lengthy discussion about with this really be 9 AM or should we just make it for 10 AM I was a shored multiple times that the office will open at nine but I would have the first appointment but it would not be changed. Arrive today at 8:45 -- The office was closed. At 9:05 someone opened the door. She told me I could go in and then said someone had tried to call me my appointment was at 10 are you kidding me? I'm back here because the ground you ordered that you fit me for didn't fit and you had to send it back again. I triple checked on the appointment time to make sure it would be nine in the morning. Now I'm stuck right now because I need this crown and I've already paid for it or my insurance has, but I will not be back. I encourage everyone to never never never never never go to the dentist the dentist isn't very good the office staff is incompetent and it is run so poorly.
