Outstanding service! Dr. Moore and his assistant are remarkable. They are very patient, explain everything and answer all questions and you never feel rushed. I have had 2 root canals here and no complaints. No pain during the procedure. I highly recommend this office.

I had my root canal completed here and all the staff were friendly and helped me feel more at ease. Really good customer service, they called me to let me know there was a slight delay so I could run an errand or whatnot instead of just sitting in the parking lot waiting to come in (Covid safety measure if you're reading this postpandemic.) I was offered a blanket if I was cold and there are TVs to watch/listen to if you need a distraction. Dr. Moore gave me informative answers to my questions, showed me what different things meant on my x-ray, gave me advice on pain control, and did a good job with the procedure. The most discomfort I had was getting the numbing shots, honestly. The assistant I had, Lisa, was also especially nice and she really helped me feel less anxious. They referenced some continuing education they had recently completed regarding epinephine/adrenaline, and I think that's a good sign that they're committed to keeping up to date with techniques and keeping patients safe. Don't be afraid if you have to get a root canal, they'll take good care of you here!

The kindness, compassion, and caring I was given at Dr. Moore's office was above and beyond. Everyone there played a role in helping me to discover a major problem I was having with facial pain. Dr. Moore and his assistant Sheila take the time to really listen to your issues. He is very conservative in his approach which I appreciate.I am so grateful for their expertise in the field.

I can't say that I was looking forward to having a root canal done, but they made it a surprisingly pleasant experience. Great work performed by an outstanding staff. Thanks from a very satisfied and now pain free patient.

Great Experience, My Dentist sent me to Dr. Moore for a root canal (my first one). I was so impressed by the staff they were super nice and comforting. Dr. Moore made sure that I was really comfortable and not in any pain during the procedure. If I ever need another root canal I will ONLY go back here. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again for all your hard work and making me feel at ease!!! :)

As far as quality of work, Tennessee Valley Endodontics does a good job. My root canal procedure went well. However, Dr. Moore told me that there wouldn't be much pain, and boy was that not the case at all. My abscess is healed, but for about 3 days I had an INCREDIBLE amount of pain. My biggest problem with them though is the way the office is run. I had 3 appointments with them at 7:45am (their first appointment of the day) and each time I wasn't seen until 8:15. Then I had another appointment at 11, and again they didn't see me for about 45 minutes, which was overly frustrating. I get that they only have one endodontist, but the orthodontist and dentist I go to don't work that way at all. If you can go somewhere with better customer service and still the same quality of work, I would.
