For Dr. Ken Randall, becoming a dentist was a natural choice. After all, dentistry runs in his family his grandfather, two uncles and an aunt are all dentists. He is proud to be a third-generation dentist and the fifth dentist in his family. He is married to a dentist, Elizabeth Felts Randall, who is also a 3rd generation dentist.

Dr. Randall remains an adjunct instructor at both the University of Alabama, Birmingham Hospital and University of Alabama, Birmingham School of Dentistry where he teaches residents about management of complex medical and dental patients, with a particular focus on dental implants. Further, he has held numerous national leadership roles over the course of his career, working to elevate the level of care in dentistry across the country.
Lori joined the Tennessee River Dental team January 2019. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of customer service and financial management. She loves meeting and interacting with all of our patients and watching their smiles transform throughout their treatment. Lori and her husband Terry have 3 daughters and 1 son. Outside of work, she loves being active in her church and watching her children play softball, basketball, and baseball.
Kayla is a Registered Dental Assistant who grew up in Soddy Daisy, TN. She attended Chattanooga State Community College for 2 years where she obtained her Dental Assisting Certificate and Associate of Applied Science Degree in 2015. Kayla loves working in dentistry and always wants to do what is best for each patient. In her spare time she is more than likely spending time with her husband, friends, and family!
Aron Elizabeth is excited to be the newest addition to the Tennessee River Dental team. She has a degree in Health and Human Sciences from The University of Tennessee and loves cheering on her alma-mater. Aron Elizabeth has several years of administrative experience and is always ready to help others. In her spare time she enjoys drawing, kickboxing and spending time with family. Aron Elizabeth is rarely with out a cup full of coffee and big smile, she can't wait to greet you at your next visit!
Mary Ann is a certified expanded functions dental assistant who has spent her entire career in our office improving patients smiles. She loves what she does and tries her best to help put patients at ease. When Mary Ann is not at the office, she stays busy with her family and church. This means you can probably find her on the softball field!
Karen came to us from a financial institution with more than 8 years of customer service. She is married and has 2 children and a very energetic kitten named Grayson. She is very active in her church and is currently serving as the life group leader of high school girls. In her spare time she enjoys camping, roasting marshmallows, and sitting around the campfire enjoying time with her family.
Katie is a Dental Hygienist that has lived in the Chattanooga area since the fall of 2017. She was born and raised in the state of California, and graduated as her Dental Hygiene Programs Class President at Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz, CA. Katie and her husband absolutely love living here in Tennessee, and she has been overwhelmed with just how warm and welcoming all her patients have been towards her. When she is not saving smiles, Katie enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling around the country with her husband Miles, who is a professional bass fisherman. When it comes to core values and patient care, she believes that herself and the team here at Tennessee River Dental could not have been a better fit.

I went to Tennessee River Dental today for the first time. I was amazed at how polite and welcoming everyone was from the moment I walked in the door. I was taken back immediately after I checked in and didn't have to wait. My hygienist was Ryan and he was fantastic! Dr. Randall was extremely nice and very thorough. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist and I'm so glad I found them!

I have to say that they absolutely made going to the dentist fun. From filling out the initial paperwork to the entire cleaning and x-ray process, everything was a pleasure. The Princess even made the insurance and billing a tolerable experience at the end of appointment. :-) I am glad I found them and look forward to being a patient for a long time to come.

Recently relocated to Hixson and heard excellent positive patient reports about Dr. Randall and his staff. I completed all required dental history and insurance forms on their user friendly website. When I arrived for my appt., I was escorted to the exam room immediately by a very friendly and professional hygienist. She took photos, xrays and made me feel completely at ease before, during and after the cleaning. I was very impressed with Dr. Randall, after I explained that I had some discomfort with an older crown and filling, he carefully and patiently explained my treatment options. Dr. Randall and his staff are clearly top notch, I look forward to continuing to rely on them for all of my dental needs.

So happy to find this practice after recently moving to the area. The entire staff is very motivated towards providing a great experience. The front desk staff is super friendly and efficient. Hygenist did a great job and was always concerned about comfort. Dr. Randall is highly competent but conservative in his recommendations. Huge relief to find a new dental practice this good.

Is it possible to look forward to a dental visit?! Yes. YES. Staff all professional, courteous, knowledgeable and they seem to get along so well! I always feel welcomed and important, and fees are reasonable (considering the rise in cost of everything). Kenzie kept me relaxed while she cleaned my teeth. Professional, thorough, in addition to a warm personality. Dr. Randall goes beyond the knowledge of his craft in that his calm and personable manner is always reassuring to me. Would 110% recommend this dental practice!
