I have been with Dr. Raju for numerous years and she remains the same. She knows every patient by name, and treats them like family. She goes out of her way to provide a phenomenal job for her clients. She is pleased when her patients are pleased. Dr.Raju gives a painless injection and that is much appreciated. She is knowledgeable and able to provide optimal dental care to children, teens, adults and seniors.

Love this office! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean office and up to date on all standard practices and disinfecting. Dr. Raju is very friendly and down to earth and answered all my questions about treatment needed, which was much less than I anticipated. I enjoy my visits there!

Let me first say that everyone at this Dentistry seems nice on the surface, but their practices are very unorthodox and unprofessional in my opinion. I never write reviews but considering my extraction site is still bleeding a couple days later I decided I needed too. I was referred here because my dentist does not do extractions. My appointment was at 9 am. My husband and I arrived at 8:30, in case there was paperwork to fill out.The 1st assistant did not arrive until 8:50. We went in at 8:55. He had me sign in and then took my temp and took me back. I won't go into step by step details but enough for you to understand my concerns about this place. As soon as I sit down he has me swish a solution. While I do this he goes around opening up the office. He tells me the dentist is running late. Forty-five mins later he comes in and has me fill out paperwork. The paperwork well didn't look very professional. He then tells me the dentist is still running late, she had been at work until 9pm the night before. Just after 10am he comes in suddenly and tells me I need to move rooms and has me move. Soon as I sit down I hear him escort another patient into the room I was just in. All I can think is Covid. The walls are only 1/2 walls, so you can hear everything. No privacy. I unfortunately was able to hear all of the other patient's information. This should not be happening! At this point another assistant arrives and is speaking with the other patient about her insurance and coverage. She then comes in and asks for my ID and insurance cards. The dentist is now over 2 hours late. The assistant comes in and rubs some pink numbing on my gum where the extraction is going to happen. About ten minutes after that happened the dentist finally arrives and tells her assistant that she will see the other patient 1st before me. I was able to hear their whole conversation. All I can think about is privacy. She then leaves her and comes to see me. She didn't introduce herself to me. She just explained she was late because her phone didn't charge so her alarm didn't go off. She assessed my mouth with me sitting up right. She then comes and rubs another yellow numbing on my gum. She then comes and injects my gum with my numbing. All with me sitting up. She was a bit rough doing it. I could feel the solution being shot in my mouth from her missing my gum. She then proceeded to try and pull my tooth out. Not really giving time for the numbing agent to work. I'm still sitting upward. I indicated that it hurt so she comes and injects me with more. Even though I am somewhat numb I can tell she was grazing and pinching my gum while trying to pull out my tooth. This is important for later. After multiple tries she then says "I've loosened your tooth so let's give it 5 mins" and goes to see the other patient. She then comes back and tries again pinching my lips against my teeth with the instruments she was using. Honestly I was afraid she might chip one of my other teeth next to the broken one with how semi rough she was being. After another try she says "wait let's lay her back". After lowering me back she then gives it another two tries and finally pulls my tooth out. She then repeatedly says " that's how it's done Doctor, that's how it's done!" Like she was proud of herself. Then she put gauze in the extraction site, checked things over and states I'm done. Walks me out and asks me if I want pain medication. I was given no instructions or anything on what to do for aftercare. I had to call my own dentist for instructions. The pain that followed was quite a bit. I feel I was overly sore and in pain due to the way the tooth was removed. While I appreciate them getting me in, I don't really appreciate the experience. I feel there are unsafe procedures happening there and unorthodox ones as well. The assistant behind the desk had no mask on and the dentist herself reached out and took my hand to shake. The only concern indicated there about covid was a sign on the front door. I'm concerned that my gum is still bleeding.

She hasn't finished what she started yet but has been paid so ... I'll update this.... My friend had extractions for pending implants 3 wks ago, showed for the implants last week in a snowstorm and still hasn't been seen because "my staff hasn't come in." Totally unacceptable and just inconsiderate to not just call and let him know that the doctor can't keep her appointment because she has an incompetent and sad staff. (A reflection of management? Idk. He came to his appt in a snowstorm because who wants to walk around disfigured any longer than they have to. Again, tremendous inconsideration! He believed in this office, I did not and so far am absolutely not impressed.

The people here are really nice and do a good job overall, but I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and was given nothing for the pain, even though they told me to call the next day if I had any pain issues. I woke up at 2am in total misery last night and waited until they opened hoping they would help me out. I am supposed to work today and tomorrow but am laying in bed with my jaw throbbing and they want me to repeat a 2 week antibiotic they just made me take last month instead of prescribing anything for pain. Also felt like I was just being brushed off. The Dr just kept insisting that I need antibiotics and mouthwash, not pain medicine. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

TLDR: DO NOT go here. I'm getting her work corrected nearly 10 years later after dealing with negative side effects of her work for years. 10 years later I'm finally getting Dr. Raju's work corrected. I went to see her for braces as a teen. I had never had a single cavity until this point. After getting braces with her I needed multiple fillings. I would be there for hours! She would numb me and then leave for over an hour! By the time she came back I was not numb. At that point in my life I had never been numb or had a filling so I just assumed they would all be excruciatingly painful. Most of her fillings fell out within a year or have caused long lasting pain, and the teeth need root canals. She drilled FAR too deep into my teeth hitting the pulp of the tooth which has caused chronic infections. I have had migraines since I was in high school that I am now discovering were linked to the terrible work I received here. -A list of unprofessional qualities of this office: -Dr. Rajiu is often late to her own appointments -She numbs you and then leaves for a prolonged period of time, so you're not numb by the time she gets to you. -She used to have a dog running around the office. I was delighted by this as a young girl but now that I am an adult I realize this was unsanitary and she didn't ask if I was ok with the dog jumping on my lap. Also did not ask if I was allergic. -I have heard her yell at children while she does work on them and they're crying. I would rather extract my own teeth than ever go back to her.

I came in for a check up and cleaning. Setting a reading room for over an hour just to wait for my check up and cleaning. Finally got back there waited another 20 minutes then the dentist took the dental pick scratched my teeth with it and told me I had to make an appointment for my check up and cleaning. I said that's what I'm here for and all you did is scratched my teeth and said make an appointment then I got her agree to actually clean my teeth and I did not get a full exam she did not take the dental pic and poke every tooth like they do and only polished about every other tooth and then I did not even get an x-ray. My insurance only pays for one check up at cleaning a year so I got jipped with the worst check up in cleaning I've ever had in my life
