I'm blown away by the treatment that my son got at this office. Dr. B and her staff went so far above and beyond our expectations. My son was absolutely terrified to go back to a dentist. After this last visit, he can't wait to go back. Thank you so much!

Wonderful place! Dr. B takes the time and patience needed for a child who is scared of the dentist. She is very accommodating and relatable. My child is very scared of the dentist but she manages to get a hug every time. The staff is very nice. Thanks so much for giving us the extra time and care!

Never have openings . Always call leave msg to schedule appt never return call back. then finally got thru went to schedule appt they was 6 to 8 months booked out then receive a text msg that they had to reschedule for a further appt. Explain that we schedule this appt 6 months ago and that my child was trying to hold til appt due to being in pain . Staff was rude seem like they didn't care. I work at a dr office and this is unacceptable. Never again

My twins had an appointment this morning and they were scared. The staff was very welcoming, pleasant, included us (parents) in the process, and really took their time to ease their anxiety about being in the "dental chair." It was a great first time experience and trust me it will not he last. All Day, the girls were walking around saying "Cheese and look, my teeth are sparkly" which was too cute. I highly recommend this practice!

Very unprofessional staff. Called to schedule my son and they stated they would call back to schedule & there was a wait list. Never called for months. When I called back the was a waiting list. When asked where he was on the list he magically appeared on the top of the list. Then was offered a office over an hour away & then she hung on me when I informed them they were unprofessional and I would go else where. Terrible staff, terrible attitudes. Who would want their children taken care of by people like this? We will go elsewhere.

Dr. De La Roche went out of her way to make my terrified daughter comfortable with being at the dentist. She did not pressure her to even let her look in her mouth and let her sit next to me on the bench , as opposed to one of the dentistry chairs. When all was said and done the Dr. was more concerned with my daughter not having a negative visit and not forcing her to just get through the check up or becoming annoyed with her hesitation. She even explain to my daughter that when she was her age, she had a negative experience and was scared of the dentist herself. She told her that is the reason she wanted to become the Dentist that she is today. It is why she understands and works too so well with children of all ages (Whether they want to be there or not. )My daughter left knowing that it was OK to be scared, normal and not an issue there! Huge relief as her Mom! As we were leaving, the other offife staff came to the waiting room and were trying to "hyped up" our next visit by letting us know that there will be an actual robot strolling around the office very soon AND my daughter's are able to interact with it, if that want to. Perfect office for children. That one visit impressed me more than I can explain! Hands-down the most compassionate , Caring and gentle pediatric dentist that we have ever seen!!!

Its a wonderful office they work so hard for the children. We have never had an issue so I'm not sure why people are being so negative. From start to finish we are made to feel welcome and cared for by the Dr and her staff. Will not go anywhere else.
