Dr. Pouria Owtad is from Tucson, Arizona where he earned his BS in Physiology from The University of Arizona, graduating with Honors and on the Dean's list. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Dentistry and his Certificate in Public Health from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona.
Having a true passion for the art and science of dentistry, Dr. Owtad is very dedicated to helping create and maintain healthy smiles. His energy, commitment to patient care, and continued education of the latest technology shows his devotion to dentistry and his patients. He intently listens to every question and concern of his patients to create individualized treatment plans. He strives to enhance each patients comfort and confidence by understanding their anxiety and individual goals and takes pride in partnering up with his patients to deliver both excellent service and results.

Dr. Patels practice includes all aspects of general dentistry, and in every situation, providing exceptional care to all her patients. She earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and her Doctorate in Dentistry from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona. She grew up in Glendale, Arizona and wanted to return to
practice dentistry and help her local community. She is committed to ensuring her patients optimal dental care by utilizing her professional skills as a dentist and as an educator. She recognizes that when patients are aware and accurately informed about procedures, anxiety can be reduced and confidence increased. By partnering with her patients in this way, she builds trust and long-lasting relationships.
She is committed to serving her community and has been involved in serving many underserved communities throughout Arizona. She is dedicated in her commitment to improve her knowledge and skills by continuously taking continued education and being up to date with the most innovative technology.
Dr. Patels genuine concern and professional expertise combine to create a positive experience for all patients. She is energetic and enthusiastic, and enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, tennis and hiking when she is not treating patients or serving the community.

I first went to these folks 5 years ago for a 2nd opinion about an expensive course of treatment. From the very first visit, I knew I had found my new dentist and I've been going regularly ever since (even though I moved to Casa Grande over 2 years ago). Everyone at Tender Care absolutely cares about their patient's well being and I highly recommend them.

I have had bad experiences at other dental offices, but not here. This place is amazing. Everyone is kind and welcoming and they do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible. Great place

I had 5 crowns and periodontal work done at Tender Care Family Dentistry and I must say Dr Owtad and Staff are the exception to the rule. They are professional, caring, kind and treat you like family. No problems no pain! At 87 I've never had better treatment would highly recommend them to all. dentistry

I can not say enough amazing things about this dental office. I was extremely reluctant to go to yet another new dentist because I have previously had bad experience after bad experience. My fiance went to this office and insisted I just simply give them a try. So I did and OMG THIS IS THE PLACE I FINALLY FOUND THE RIGHT DENTAL OFFICE. From my very first phone call, the office manager Roda, so friendly so nice and accommodating, the dental hygienist and professional and nonjudgmental and the Dentist himself all personality, but get this folks they are actually priced right, yes I said it, priced right. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this office and I recommend it highly. It is to bad I can only give 5 stars they deserve way more!

I haven't been to a dentist in 15 years until yesterday. They were able to complete all my work in the same day! The dentist, technicians and everyone in the office were so kind. They completely put me at ease and didn't make me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my lack of dental care over the years. They didn't try to make me feel bad about my lifestyle choices, or change them either. (Smoking and acidic drinks), duh, we know they are bad, instead they told me what to do to help prevent damage after those bad habits. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. WONDERFUL FAMILY PRACTICE. I will only go back to this office even though I live quite far from it. I asked about veneers in the future which cost several thousand dollars, he instead told me he could get me the look I want by using much cheaper, safer and better methods. Thanks again for such a great visit!!!! 100% recommend them, they also called this morning to see if my fillings were ok and how I was feeling with the work provided. AWESOME PLACE!!!!!
