As a person who has worked at a dental office, I was not impressed. They don't have dental assistants so the hygienist is running all over the place and the process was choppy because after every couple things she would need to type something in the computer (hence the assistants job), the X-ray was a heavy clip they put in your mouth and scan with a handheld device, she had to take all of the X-rays multiple times with the bulky and sharp piece bruising my mouth. Besides the entryway and brushing sink, the office does not look like the photos. The hygienist rushed the entire process, slicing into my gums,etc. The Dr also spent about 2 minutes max in the room with me. Totaling 45 min for a cleaning and exam... to put it lightly, I got better care at my Medicare dentist office.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Studio was very clean. Hygienist and Dentist were patient.

Tend will automatically book you in for follow ups even without your consent or awareness and will bill you for a no show fee even when you had no idea you even had an appointment. Outrageous how they think they can just put their hands in people's pockets like that. Very deplorable business attitude. Certainly wont be going back there.

Well, Tend keeps doing it over and over again. Received a confirmation for my appt today at 2:30, and when I walk over to the counter, I am told my appt is actually CANCELLED. I did not receive an email or call and as I mentioned, I actually got a confirmation. Supposedly they rescheduled my appt for tomorrow... we'll see..

Awful communication! The called me to confirm my appointment yesterday and I told them donyou accept this insurance and they said yes. I came to the clinic and it took me 30 minutes traveling here just to be told they can't take me in because they don't accept my insurance.

I got Breezy Braces with Tend and I was excited at the start. Unfortunately, the team at the Williamsburg office has changed my excitement to disappointment and annoyance. The scheduling system they have is unorganized and unprofessional. They have rescheduled all of my appointments without prior notice. They tell you afterwards and act like you'll be okay with the change. No. Customer service isn't a hard skill, and it goes a long way. Please tell your team in this office to do better. I cannot wait to have my braces off, so I don't have to go here anymore.

Very bad service. My husband has been with his braces for six additional months because the clinic is always messing up. Also, they keep rescheduling his appointment for months and months!
