Best dental experience! Everyone was super friendly, and I felt very well taken care of. Incredible attention to detail - chapstick before the cleaning, headphones to watch TV, fun sunglasses. My new go to dentist! Kim did a great job!

I'm very grateful that I was able to get an appointment immediately to diagnose and address tooth pain. The entire team was wonderful, with clear and thorough explanations of everything from my brushing practices to insurance coverage, and the environment was clean and comfortable. I'll be coming back here for my regular cleanings!

I had a really great experience at Tend. I was having mouth pain and my regular dentist didn't return my call for an appointment. I fond Tend via a google search and I was able to get an appointment the following morning. The waiting room feels more like a hotel lobby than a dentist office and even lacks the "dentist smell" that usually triggers some anxiety for me. The dentist spent a ton of time with me and was very thorough. I will definitely switch to Tend for my regular cleanings moving forward.

Overall great experience. I had a chipped tooth and made an emergency appointment. They were able to get me in within 24 hours and have Saturday availability. The have TVs on the ceilings and headphones so you're able to watch tv throughout your appointment. Also very transparent about pricing. Would definitely go back!

By far the most thorough and best dental experience I have had since I was kid. Time was spend going over everything so I knew exactly what was going on and how Dr. Richard was advising we handle it. I felt informed and they way everything was personalized was such a nice touch. I left feeling great!

This was easily the best dental experience I've had. Jen was my hygienist, and she took such good care of me. She walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable. The personalized touches and modern amenities were just the cherry on top. I can't believe I'm EXCITED to go back to the dentist!

I love Tend. All of the staff are so pleasant. The studio is beautiful and clean. I also got to watch Chopped during my cleaning - what more can you asked for.

Tend is horrible. I've been three times and had a problem each time. This last time I had filings done and they covered the gaps between my teeth so I can't floss. The same day I called and asked for an emergency appointment and they couldn't help and said " I wish you would have called earlier."

Awful. They up charge. They have a nice facility and equipment. Unfortunately they recommended procedures I didn't necessarily need and now my insurance won't cover it. I paid over $1,000 and now they want double that amount. Insane. If you quote someone for a service and get it wrong, it's your responsibility to eat the difference. I wouldn't have done the procedures if I knew you were going to up charge me. Worst of all is that I just kept getting bounced around when I call. There is no one local to pick up the call. Save your time and money and go support a local small business dentist instead. Their customer service has been awful so far. Absolutely awful.

Been going here for a year. Almost every appointment I've made the past year they rescheduled me, sometimes last minute, yet are very adamant in charging for that one time you show up late or miss one of the appointments they rescheduled you for. You can take my 100 bucks for that fee but I'll never go to this place ever again.

Kim was great and informative! I felt welcomed, safe and Kim listened to my concerns about past experiences at my last dentist office. My cleaning was comfortable but thorough. I look forward to my next visit.

Very disorganized staff. I am annoyed with the constant need to reschedule my appointment. I get time off work, which is not easy for me, and then I get told I have to reschedule again. And to top if all off, they got it wrong what my insurance actually covered! Go anywhere else.
