When I walked in the staff was so friendly and helpful. Once I was in the treatment room, my hygienist was very passionate and informative. My doctor was very reassuring when I asked questions.

This is hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. Amazing atmosphere, fantastic staff, and my teeth have never felt cleaner! My hygienist, Amber was able to get some glue off of my front tooth that had been on since I had braces in 2015. My teeth look so shiny and pearly white now and I can't stop telling people about what a great experience it was. I will actually look forward to going to the dentist now! Also - the Tend toothbrush and mini toothpaste are so incredible. Absolutely in love.

I was on time and they were on time too. The entire experience lasted exactly 70 minutes as laid out. The tv that was placed directly on the ceiling took my denti-phobia away. The employees were very professional; all of them. See you all on the 9th of December

What's Convenient: The location What's Not Convenient: Having to verify your insurance multiple times prior to your visit. My wife and I have both had to verify our insurance plans multiple times (and sometimes multiple times per visit) after being told by Tend they were unable to verify our insurance. My wife once had to rebook an appointment to avoid paying out of pocket and personally call her insurer. Given that we both have different dental insurance companies, it is highly unlikely the fault lies with the insurers and more likely the result of poor recordkeeping on Tend's part.

I was skeptical of following an instagram ad but so glad I did ! Everyone was lovely--from the phone customer service to the reception and especially the dental hygienist (Destiny) and dentist ! They were both so kind, patient, helpful, and welcoming and made the whole experience painless. I also appreciated the small touches like the Netflix show on the ceiling, my name on the screen in the room, and the high tech tools they used (no huge clunky scary machinery). Highly recommend (I went to the capitol hill location).

I had a dental emergency I needed to take care of before I left the country for a few weeks. They fit me in immediately and took care of the issue perfectly. They were also so so nice in the process. 10/10 would recommend.

Disappointing experience. Front desk very unhelpful and not willing to resolve Their problem of incorrectly scheduling An appointment. Confirmed appointment over 4 times.
