Treated very poorly..last and only time I patronned this office..my appt. was changed, then after the visit with a dentist who was not friendly at all, I was scheduled to come back, and that appt. was also changed per a text from someone at approximately 7pm the evening before the appt. which was very strange..after a series of texts and replies, I told them to just forget it..I assumed it was because I was a new patient and used Medicaid at the time, which they no longer accept..I did not understand why they were so unprofessional.. the only positive detail about my visit was the friendliness of the receptionist.

Templeton dentistry is the best. All of the staff is amazing especially hygienist Heather Buchanan! Quick and easy to get along with.

Haley is best dentist I've ever been to plus Heather Buchanan who cleans teeth is the best I've been to . All other employees that help plus secretary are wonderful. I would highly recommend this place they make you feel comfortable and at home . 5 STARS FROM ME

Needed a dentist fast and they worked hard to take care of all our needs. The staff and environment were super friendly!! Definitely one of the best around for make you feel comfortable for your dental work! Highly recommended!!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star ....they are not polite at all they get insurance to approve teeth being pulled that wasn't talked about instead of approving the teeth that are hurting. They schedule appointments without having insurance approved then tell you that you can get them pulled if you pay out of pocket..they don't take time to talk about what needs to be done ..then have a patient that was scheduled to be seen but took other patients back and had to be asked doesn't this person have an appointment for them to say oh didn't I give u pappapers to fill out

Anyone looking for a dentist this is the place to go I am very nervous and apprehensive about dental visit and had put off dental care When I had to have dental work they were able to quickly get me in. Everyone at the practice is very friendly and professional My visit was very quick and painless I highly recommend Dr. Campbell and staff

Just wanted to say what a great thing Dr. Haley Campbell did for me. She not only fixed my tooth after two years, they are better than before. I smile with much confidence. That means everything to me and my husband. We love our cleanings, dental and cosmetic work. We are treated with total concern and kindness.

If I could give a no star review I would. My daughter had a appointment today 6/29/2021 to get some fillings. I live a hour away from the office in big stone gap va. I had to take a day off work to take her. We get there the lady tells me they cannot see her because we didn't confirm the appointment yesterday. I told her they called while I was at work but then I showed her were I had called back once off work to confirm but no one answered it just rang and rang. She said well you should have left a voicemail... it never went to a voicemail. She then said we will have to reschedule... first off if you have a appointment you shouldn't have to confirm it in order to keep the appointment. They lost my son and daughter as patients. I would not recommend this place.

In May we had a house fire and my mom, my husband and I lost our dentures in the fire. Templeton Dentistry immediately saw us and started the process to get our dentures replaced as quickly as possible. There are no words for how much we appreciate everything they did for us. They went way above and beyond. Everytime we went the entire staff was so sweet and did everything possible to make us comfortable. I would never go anywhere else for any of our dental needs.

Just don't. Trust me there is better dentist in the world. I feel like all they want to do is pull teeth and that's it.
