I had a great experience at Endodontics. The personnel were courteous, professional and very family oriented and great at multitasking. I also hate going to the dentist, but I left with a smile. That's saying a lot.

Great Customer Service, saved me money on not needing a rootcanal retreat. Referred me to a oral surgeon for extraction as needed.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Karen at the front desk really worked with me to get me scheduled for an oral surgery that I needed, and Dr. Heggen and Libby were both fantastic at dealing with my anxiety on the day of the procedure and really made me feel at ease. If you need any type of special dental work done, this is definitely highly recommended in my book!

I went in yesterday for an emergency root canal. I was an add in on the schedule because I was in excruciating pain 10/10. Everyone from the receptionist, staff and Dentist were kind, and compassionate. They made sure I was comfortable and had me in fast. I am terrified of the dentist but felt safe and comfortable with the level of care and great people. Also I have NO PAIN in my mouth today at all. After the root canal and all the numbness fully disappeared I experienced no pain. Thank you for all your help and kindness! Wonderful team, I will be going back in the future if further appts are needed.

The best dents experience I have ever had. The dentist had the best bed side manner and was gracious. The dental tech was an absolute professional angel. They really know their stuff and are competent. I would drive here for future care!

I was beyond terrified going in. This has been by far the best experience I've had with dental care. I couldn't believe how smooth it went. Dr.Heggen was definitely awesome!

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I had an appointment mid December for a route canal. The area was infected from an incomplete route canal. The woman (wish I knew her name) canceled my appointment which meant I could not be seen till after the holidays (with an infection) . She was sent an email to let her know the situation but she never responded so I was never seen and no one called for a new appointment. I have been a month with an infection now! My fabulous dental student tried to contact her to get me in... no response again from this despicable endodontist! She should be kicked out of that program! I WILL find out her name and post it here! My jaw and ear are in pain and they can't call in an antibiotic for me... I would have to take an unpaid day off rom work to go all the way into the city to get an antibiotic! Absolutely unprofessional and uncaring! I will be sure this woman's name gets posted so that she is not able to treat other patients this way!

You can tell the doctor definitely knows what he's doing. His topical is amazing I barely felt the injections and he's very quick as well. I was in and out in less than an hour both visits. If I ever need another root canal, I'll be going back here.

I have known Dr. Heggen for many years. He is a fantastic Endodontist. I highly recommend Dr. Heggen and his office.

For having Root Canals this is the best experience I think I could have. Love this practice, the doctors and the support staff!! I have seen both doctors here and both are wonderful. Thank you for everything you do! Highly recommend!
