My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the staff of Temple Dental Trails during our initial visit and evaluation. Even more impressive was that Dr. Rich made a trip from his other office to meet with us. We live northeast of Dallas but chose to drive to Temple because Dr. David Vu was very highly recommended by the Dallas plastic surgeon that had performed my recent reconstructive facial surgery after a bicycle/car collision. During our initial consultation in Dallas with Dr. Vu, we learned about Temple Dental Trails and scheduled an appointment. The idea of having both an oral surgeon and dental personnel in the same office was immensely attractive. Mildred was great in working with us to schedule our visit(s) and help us complete all pre-visit paperwork. She even provided us with recommendations for lunch in the local area. Aspen efficiently took all needed X-rays and made upper and lower impressions. Dr. Rich assessed the work that would be required in my next visit before Dr. Vu could start me down the dental implant path. A special thanks to Dr. Vu for going above and beyond by saving me a trip back to the plastic surgeon! Overall, the efficiency in the office had us back on the road in about an hour while making us feel like family.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming and I have never had a bad experience. The docs listen to ever concern I have and explain their answers in great detail. Even though I have sensitive teeth(cold water hurts) I am always taken care of without being caused unbearable pain. And if the pain is too much they are attentive to my well-being and will pause when needed. If you are looking for a clinic please stop by and meet the staff. You won't be disappointed

Their staff and everything is polite but they fail to tell you when you make an appointment even with insurance that you still have to pay up front my insurance should have covered everything but to them it didn't.

Although I only went to get a 2nd opinion, the dentist decided against the treatment I suggested. I didn't get the treatment I so desperately wanted; however, the dental hygienist and dentist were very kind and understanding when listening to my long dental history. I have a very odd and challenging case and was hoping to get a certain procedure, but unfortunately it's not going to happen. I will continue to see my primary dentist but I will recommend this place because of the respect and professionalism I received during my consult.

I showed up at Dental Trails desperate for a solution for my TMJ issues. I was stressed and flustered from pain and confusion, since I had no idea who could help me. The staff was so kind and comforting, and they managed to get me in with their surgeon just a few minutes later. I left feeling so incredibly relieved and informed. I am obsessed with this place and I don't plan to go anywhere else for dental assistance!
