The best leaders or specialists in any profession often stem from personal experiences formed in childhood. Dr. Tracy's path to dentistry is no exception. After her teeth were damaged in a childhood incident, she spent a great deal of time experiencing the many facets of the dental profession; particularly reconstructive dentistry. The confidence Dr. Tracy gained after completing the reconstructive process combined with a newfound curiosity in the profession led to her lifelong passion for the field of dentistry. Dr. Tracy's goal is to give all patients the care they need in order to restore the confidence they deserve.

A native of San Antonio, TX, in order to pursue her passion, Dr. Stacy Tracy completed her education at one of the top dental schools in the countrythe University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonioand graduated with honors. In addition to post-graduate training, Dr. Tracy is an active member of numerous dental associations, including the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the ADA (American Dental Association) and the AzDA (Arizona Dental Association). Her membership is an effective way to ensure she is always equipped with the most current dental practice information and can pass modern plans of care to her patients. Through continuing education, as well as philanthropic work for organizations such as AZ Mission of Mercy (AZMOM), Dr. Tracys passion for dentistry is evident in all aspects of her life.

A native of the Midwest, Dr. Roxane Huber grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota and attended the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate studies and dental school training. Dr. Huber graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2004. Shortly after graduation, she relocated to Arizona and joined Dr. Tracy at Tempe Smile Design eight years after the practice first opened. Since 2006, Dr. Tracy and Dr. Huber have worked together to build a practice that was designed to put patient care at the forefront.

Dr. Huber shows her passionate commitment to lifelong learning by continuously developing her skills through ongoing education training. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I decided to become a dentist when I was only 10 years old. One sunny afternoon my mouth and a set of monkey bars ran into each other. Needless to say the monkey bars won. After many years of reconstructive dentistry (oral surgery, root canals, braces, and bonding), I decided that I wanted to become a dentist and fix other peoples teeth the same way my dentist fixed mine.

I attended Dental School at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where I graduated near the top of my class (Cum Laude) and received numerous honors and awards. I graduated in 1994, the same year that my school was ranked the Best Dental School in the country by U.S. News and World Report. I am very proud of this fact. I feel that I received an excellent education.

After graduation, I moved to Arizona. I worked in a group practice in Scottsdale until I started my family dental practice in Tempe in 1998. I am a member of numerous professional dental organizations including The American Dental Association; The Arizona State Dental Association; The Central Arizona Dental Society; The Academy of General Dentistry; and The Scottsdale/Paradise Valley Dental Study Club. I have completed extensive post-graduate continuing education in my ongoing pursuit of providing the latest and best possible dental care to my patients. In addition, I am a Certified Invisalign Provider and Certified in the use of the Soft Tissue Laser. I have completed a 35-hour residency in implant treatment planning and restoration in conjunction with our periodontist/surgeon, Dr. Mark Waring.

I know firsthand the benefits of cosmetic dentistry. After a childhood injury to my front teeth, I was very self-conscious about my smile. But thanks to porcelain veneers and at-home teeth whitening/bleaching, I have my beautiful smile back. What a difference it has made!

Our office has participated in the past several years with Give Kids A Smile, an ADA sponsored event which provides much needed dental care to low-income children. We find it to be a very fun and rewarding event for us all.

I joined Dr. Stacy Tracy in July 2006, becoming the second half of Tempe Smile Design. I grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota and graduated from Century High School. I attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN, and, graduated from the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry in 2004.

I was actively involved with Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, volunteering with programs to benefit the victims of domestic violence, and The University Foundation, which, raised funds for academic scholarships. I was awarded the Mellor Holland/James Jensen Award for academic excellence following my first year of dental school. Very shortly after graduation, I relocated to Arizona where I practiced in Tucson and Glendale prior to joining Dr. Tracy.

I attend many hours each year of continuing education courses to stay abreast of the latest dental products and procedures. I became soft tissue laser certified in 2009. I completed a 35-hour residency in implant treatment planning and restoration in conjunction with our periodontist/surgeon, Dr. Mark Waring.

Our staff and I have volunteered for the Give-Kids-A-Smile Program. We feel it is important to give back to the community. Im also a member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, and the Central Arizona Dental Society.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the movies, watching and/or attending football and basketball games, playing with mythree cute cats, Frosty, Oliver, and Cocoa, and,visiting my many family and friends in the Midwest.
