Dr. Purcell and tonya were genuine. They made my visit so pleasant . From beginning to end I felt grateful to have stumbled across this practice while searching online . Overall the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I feel more confident and knowledgeable with keeping my teeth healthy . Thank you !

went for a "free" denture consultation. These crooks not only billed my insurance company then also sent me a bill? I called them and they tried to say a consultation is just where they sit and talk with you??? I went to three other consultations at other Dentist office's and this was the only one who tried to double dip!! One other charged my insurance company but quickly admitted their mistake and issued me a refund. These guys waved what they said I owe, or so they say but stand by the fact they had the right to charge my insurance? I will be contacting the AG as well as the local media because I feel like they are committing fraud!!! If you advertise a free consultation and the first thing you do before that is take an x-ray and not tell the patient you or your insurance company will be charged that is fraud!!! You got me in for a free service then had me do a service that wasn't included and never mentioned it wasn't!! Needless to say I'm ecstatic that these guys were $3,500 more than the dentist I chose for the same service!! I do not recommend these guys!!!

Love going to the dentist here! They have always taken great care of me and understand and work around my fear of needles (conscious sedation all the way!) and give different options as to help keep my teeth healthy despite my crazy busy life and love for sweets! Definitely recommend!

I just moved to Arizona a few weeks ago and needed to get in for an emergency root canal. I was able to schedule my appt before moving here and get in the next day after landing here. At my appt, they went ahead and did the procedure that same day. Every single person was helpful and very kind. I look forward to go back for my semi annual cleaning appt for the first time in my life. I will be recommending this location to everyone that I know. Update a year later: I have now been going to Tempe dental for a year since moving to Arizona and I still love it. Recently just went for my semi annual check up and had a deep cleaning done. The process was seamless and they even showed me the before and after X-rays so I could see the difference. I keep recommending them when someone ask for a dentist!!!

Great customer service! Chip in my front tooth and they got me in same day to evaluate and fixed it! I love that they asked what I wanted from them when I checked in and actually listened! I really disliked going to my previous dentist because they were always telling me things I needed but didn't come in for, even after I asked them not to. Office was clean, everyone was nice and professional with quick service. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends, family, and clients.

Amazing dentist. I went here for the first time and the staff is very friendly. They are a very clean practice. Very clean from the bathrooms, to the waiting room, to the cleaning rooms. Dr. Jeff was very nice and they didn't try selling me anything.

This Dentist is worst dental office I been with me and my wife try to get some dental work done but they are not professional they aren't organized and had everything ready for you when you come plus the doctors staff very rude I really don't recommend this dentist to anyone If there is less than 1 star they deserve it

Amazing! It's been a while since I been to the dentist. First time here, read review and decided to make an appointment to start fresh. My wife and I were able to make appointment together. -Location is easy to get to with lots of parking spaces. The building is fairly new and not run down. The office is right on the corner and noticeable. I like the lobby/waiting room, lots of seats, complimentary tea or coffee, and TV. The front desk are friendly and fast. The dentist hygienist are informative and friendly. I love how they care about our teeth. At the end, they showed us the breakdown of what need to be done and how much it cost.
