I HIGHLY recommended Temecula Valley Dentistry, especially if you get nervous/anxiety about going to the dentist. The Dr. totally eased my fear and made me feel comfortable. The dental assistant and the front office receptionist are sweet and personable. I cannot recommend TVD enough!

Dr. Mukherjee was amazing! I'm usually so nervous going to the dentist but he eased my fear and was so personable and honest. He was thorough and took his time discussing treatment and made sure during treatment I was comfortable. My overall experience was great. I am so glad I found Temecula Valley Dentistry. You are such caring professionals. I am blessed to be under your care. Friendly, caring, extremely knowledgeable and patient are just some of the superlatives that describe you. I am so glad that Dr. Rik spends so much time explaining everything in detail and answering my questions until I understand everything perfectly. Your staff is just wonderful, and equally as caring. It is very easy to get an appointment that is convenient. You don't have to wait months to get treatment. Thank you Temecula Valley Dentistry!

Today was my first exposure to this facility. Let me just say I was SO VERY IMPRESSED with Dr. Shayan and his team! The dentist, for me, has always ran neck and neck with a trip to your local DMV. That said, my first visit exceeded expectations IMMENSELY! The atmosphere was welcoming and the professional acumen of Dr. Shayan was Second To NONE! All questions were addressed with a forthright candor that eased my discomfort. I look forward to subsequent treatments and want to just say THANK YOU!!

In no way does it make me feel good to leave a negative review. I want to start this out by saying the woman staff were amazing. The receptionist, the assistant were so kind. So in Dec I was having some Wisdom teeth pain and I called a number to help me find a place that accepts my insurance and it referred me to Temecula Valley. I was in so much pain I just took it, plus they had amazing reviews. So I come in and long story short, Dr. Riku confirms I need to get my wisdom teeth out but I also need a bunch of other work, like teeth cleaning, some new fillings, and he said he can replace my old silver fillings with the tooth colored ones. So we made the appointment to do the fillings and during that I asked him if he could do a touch up on my two front teeth where I had work done a year prior (paid $2,000 out of pocket!) It had yellowed over time from drinking tea. He said sure but said he needed the color used so I called the office where I got the work done, got the color and told Dr. Riku. He didn't have it in stalk but he had the one above it and said that'd probably match better. So I trusted him. So I've had a color touch up before. They paint the color on the tooth and put the blue light on and what not and that's it. That's what I was expecting. I really regret asking him to do that. He treated it like a cavity. He drilled into my two front teeth, destroying the $2,000 of work I got and re-did it way worse. The color was bright with a dark yellow circle around it and the white part was rough and raised. When he showed me to see it was okay I thought it was at first bc my eyes have been closed for over an hour and I had a bright light in my face but once I had gotten to my car I had seen the mess, along with all the blue stuff the left all over my mouth. I broke down. After that I knew I could never go back. I went to another office where I ended up getting my wisdom teeth out and asked them if they could fix what he did to my front teeth and they said no bc my insurance wouldn't cover it plus the damage was so bad I needed crowns. They went on to examine the rest of my teeth and they were shocked at what happened. I was told I have many more cavities that Dr. Riku failed to fill even tho it was on the chart that he had, he said he did things that he didn't do, as you can see in the photos he made fillings too big, he left remains of the silver fillings, and on the tooth in the far back he chipped it so now I need a crown because it's such a mess and the tooth in front of that he drilled very deep on that one and I remember it hurting while he did that and now food gets stuck in there all the time. There was nothing they could do for me bc my insurance had always been charged for these teeth. So I called my insurance, filed a claim, talked to numerous people explain what happened, showing them my teeth, and although everyone agrees my teeth are messed up and Dr. Riku pretty much committed malpractice there's nothing I can do to get help. I talked to lawyers and no one will help me bc it's not a million dollar case; I talked to the dental board and haven't heard anything back in months. My two front teeth was embarrassing so despite all my other teeth issues and my fractured tooth being sensitive to cold, I spent another $2,000 I don't have to get crowns to fix my front teeth so I don't have this ugly smile that Dr. Riku ruined (mind you I'm 22 y/o working part time in this economy and I just lost my dad.. it's really hard right now to survive.) As of now that's all that's fixed. All my other teeth are still messed up. So $4,000 gone to waste bc of this office. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and say I'm sure he's good at simple things but look at the photos I mean he left remains of the silver fillings... So I'm not sure how he has so many good reviews but I wish I got the service those other people got.

Ever since I was little and had a bad experience at the dentist (I'm talking 6) I steered clear of the dentist as much as possible and even if I could work up the nerve just to get X rays, I never went back for the real work. I needed about 12 fillings, two teeth pulled, and a deep cleaning. At my first appointment the dental assistant who did my x rays was so nice, and let the dr know I was nervous (she could just tell by how hard I was trembling) and both spoke to me so kindly and informatively. The doctor got me a two time prescription for some anti anxiety meds, and although I was still a little scared I was able to sit through all of my dental work and finally, after 3-4 years of pain, got my teeth completely finished. I ate my first caramel apple in years the other day and almost cried, I was so ashamed at how bad my mouth had gotten but the dr assured me it was alright and it was good that I was doing it now. I've never waited more than a minute to be seen, and always get reminders of my appointments that are so very helpful especially with how forgetful I am. Dr Rick saved my smile and I couldn't be more grateful for him and the other staff at this practice. 10/10.

I've been going to this dental office for many many years. I've followed them from office to office as they have moved to enrich their business. I feel like a family member when I walk into the office and feel relaxed and welcome by all the staff. I have no reason to ever see another Dentist because all my needs are taken care of and well explained.
