My fillings were extremely sensitive after two weeks of getting it done. Almost a month later, after numerous attempts of trying to get in contact with the office - calling and leave voice messages, no one answers or gets back to me unless I call repeatedly, demanding answers. Amy, the office manager - needs to find more staff to answer the phone calls because what's the point in running a front dental office when they can't even pick up the phone? I can't schedule a doctors appointment unless I get through to the front desk. Common sense right? When I finally got through to them they told me that I can contact them through email if I couldn't reach them?? Why would I have to spend more time writing an email when I should've just gotten my call answered or returned if it couldn't be answered at the time. I'm beyond infuriated with this practice and its lack of diligence and communication skills as I was in so much pain I couldn't eat and had to go to a different dental office to fix THEIR mistake. Unbelievable!!

I had a very positive experience from booking the appointment with Amy to the cleaning and consult with Dr. Temburni. The facility is modern and clean and covid precautions made me feel comfortable getting a cleaning.

I have a horrible experience to share. I went to their practice to get some cavities filled to get ready for my oral device for sleep apnea. They gave me an estimate and made the changes they told me. First they present me a wrong bill and charge me more, then, I reminded them to correct the amount . The pitiable thing is, some how they messed up during the procedure and I have been struggling with extreme pain and sensitivity. Though I have been struggling with pain for their mistake, they are not even ready to fix things for me. They are asking me to take new appointments to get it fixed and pay for them as if it is my mistake. The only mistake I have done is going to them. I asked them couple of times if it is possible to fix what went wrong for free ( I was willing to forget all the suffering for three months as a good will if they are going to fix it. But, no, they are not doing it). I would never recommend anyone to this place after going through hell for three months and still counting. I even gave it a one star because, I can't post a review without even one star !! 2 or 3 cavities and they milked $817.00 ( in addition to insurance ) from me and after that not fixing what went wrong. They are asking me to take new appointments and pay for them too. I am not that stupid. Now, I can't trust their ethical integrity.

Very good experience. Came for emergency tooth pain. Received quick response for appointment. Dr. Park and staff was attentive to my concerns and involved me in my care by explaining treatment plan and allowing me to feel at ease. The office is clean and covid guidelines.

Dr. Temburni has outstanding academic credentials and training. He is patient and focused during all procedures whether routine or difficult and is constantly mindful of the person's condition and comfort. His clinic is clean and well organized. Staff members are similarly focused and work well with him. After many appointments, we continue to be thankful for having found such a fine dentist.

My Dental Hygienist was wonderful. She was quick and painless even with my receding gum lines! She also had answers for my questions on and possible concerns of cavities or food buildup spots. Thanks

Dr Temburni and his associates are amazing. They are conscientious and caring and do the right this. I'm a surgeon and also out of network and love these guys and they do an amazing job. I trust them with my care and you should too.

Had a bad Experience, Be careful with their billing practice , The will send you a bill after an year of the visit , when you call them to enquire , no one picks the phone or calls back , Even if they do take your calls , they threaten to give it to the Collection Agency ,

I have struggled to find a good dentist but I feel at peace after finding this place. Dr. Temburni is transparent with everything going on and spends the extra time to communicate thoroughly, so that you can get exactly what you want out of your visit and in my case, minor surgery. He has helped resolve a lot of issues that occured to me from previous visits with other dentists: bad fillings, crowns, and a bridge.

Average to below average dentist, he's nice but seems to lack confidence as a dentist and loss of control over his staff (the way they were talking to him was unprofessional). What really bothered me was the terrible attitude of the staff especially the assistant her name is Jessica, she was very rude and do not even greet you when you walk in. I had to come back couple times to adjust the bite (dentist's fault) and she seemed to be bothered that I'm here (again). Terrible attitude. Will not go back again definitely.
