Could not get a return call after around 6 attempts, for my 92 year old father in pain. Sent an email. No response. Sometimes the phone is not answered at all. It just rings. We got a referral to another surgeon. These folks might do good work, but if they are too busy to answer a phone or return calls, I'd rather go elsewhere. Seems chaotic to me.

When I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed, my dentist recommended this facility as a "pain-free practice". I can confirm that this is true. My operation was conducted by Dr. Yamaji and her staff, who I can only describe as precise, honest, and straight to the point. After surgery, I felt NO pain or discomfort and was full aware of my surroundings in less than 10 minutes. The recovery time was less than 2 weeks. In the future, I will return to this place. I will admit it was a bit of snag to get an appointment, most likely because it was near the end of December and I was in a rush, but I am ever so grateful that they manage to squeeze me in their schedule. Thank You Dr. Yamaji and the fantastic team at Telfair OMS!!!

I took my son here because they had to take out all if his wisdom teeth, on the day of the removal was excellent. What im most happy about is that my son said he felt no pain after it and he was able to eat sooner than expected.

Edit: Left a residual root in there by accident which caused a lot of pain and inconvenience. Had to go back for a secondary surgery which the cost was waived for the extraction(nice) but not the anesthesia (my poor wallet). Mistakes happen but could have been a smoother experience as I thought I was done already, surgery is not fun... Communication was also really iffy as some other reviews have mentioned. Original: Got 4 wisdom teeth removed. The most painful part was the anesthesia needle going in and the recovery was smooth. Definitely recommend this place for a painless wisdom teeth removal experience.

I was so fortunate to have to have found Dr. Yamaji and her staff. I needed to have a surgical extraction for my wisdom teeth and I was in extreme pain. Dr. Yamaji came to the office even though Hurricane Nicholas had just hit. Her bedside manner was absolutely perfect. She is a true master of her field and I can't thank her enough.

Very unprofessional place of business. Had extreme pain in my wisdom tooth and was told they would give me a call as to when they had availability on a particular Saturday.They never answer their phone it's like they don't even have someone that is designated to pick up phone calls. Called multiple times and sent MULTIPLE emails.They never reached out to me. You're probably going to have to call multiple times before they answer their phone and they might actually never Answer or call you back. If you are looking for a place that actually cares how much pain you are going through or is actually WILLING to help you with any dental issue you have. You're wasting your money. This is the wrong place.

I had a great experience getting 3 of my wisdom teeth out by Dr. Yamaji! There was barely any swelling, and the recovery process has been smooth. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Yamaji for wisdom tooth removal!

I had the BIGGEST FEAR of getting dental work done and Dr. Yamaji was referred to me by my dentist R. Imrek..I have put off this procedure for 4 YEARS going and canceling MANY other dentists and so I took the leap and had 4 teeth pulled and was able to talk with very little pain.. DR. YAMAJI IS PHENOMENAL...IF NEED MAJOR DENTAL WORK DONE SHE IS THE ONE I WOULD GIVE 6 STARS IF THEY ALLOWED IT

I got my wisdom teeth removal done here per the recommendation of my dentist, and I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Yamaji and her staff are wonderful professionals, and made me feel right at home. The procedure for my wisdom teeth removal went well, and the post surgery has been going smoothly because I've been following Dr. Yamaji's post operation rules. I 100% recommend her if you need your wisdom teeth removed.

I've read the reviews and am perplexed as to why my father in law received such poor service at this practice. I see reviews stating the doctor explained everything from A to Z, and then find out very little was explained to my father in law, who has been in pain for 1 1/2 months since his surgery with Dr. Yamaji without any real explanation other than her saying he was just old. The staff was often rude and unresponsive to his calls and questions. His phones call logs showed calling multiple times and upon arrival he was told he never called. To this day he is in pain and we will take him to be better served elsewhere. Perhaps this practice was better operated in the past, or perhaps the positive service is selective to certain clientale, but overall after going through this ordeal for well over a month we would certainly not recommend this location.
