For more than 40 years, Dr. Teitler has been a part of a Baltimore-Washington area tradition of comfort and care. He is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry. After practicing for many years in Washington, DC, and its Maryland suburbs, Dr. Teitler was ready for the simpler life of Howard and Carroll counties. He is proud to have established Teitler Family Dental Care, where improving his patients quality of life through trusted, comfortable and affordable dental care is a daily goal.
Love of family is at the heart of TFDCs values. Teitler Family Dental Care truly is a family affair. Dr. Teitlers wife, Judy, is the offices clinical administrator and its not unusual to see their daughters Paige and Porsche, scurrying about the office as well.

My visits were pleasant and efficient. I was made comfortable and had no pain. I didnt have to wait more than a couple of minutes either time. Everyone is very pleasant and really care about your dental health. I highly recommend this practice.

What a fantastic dental practice. After going to the same practice for 25 years and driving 50 minutes to that practice, the dentist retired. How grateful we are to have found Teitler Family Dental! Everyone is so nice and small details like appointment reminders via text are very helpful. My exam was very thorough. Dr. Marketa was fantastic! Thrilled that we have found such a great practice so close to home!

**4/19, 2022 UPDATE!** Still the best! Still wonderful, caring, friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Love this practice! ********************************************** I've been going to Teitler Family Care for a few years now and I have never, ever been so happy and satisfied with a dental office in my life. They're all wonderful and the facility is state-of-the-art! It's honestly amazing! I recommend this practice to my family and friends. Can't beat 7 days a week being open either! Pt misdiagnosed with TMJ. Excruciating pain and swelling. Not able to x-ray as not correct machine. No help for pain. Pt admitted to Hopkins hospital with severe infection . Tmj closer to the ear, my husband 's pain between jaw and cheek. Misdiagnosed and no treatment. Referral to oral surgeon 4 days later as infection worsened. Need education about cancer/ chem patients and pain management.

Do not recommend this practice at all. Dr Teitler calls his employees trash , out loud in front of patients . Very disrespectful man. 40 yrs of practice & longest employee is there 2 yrs, office turnover says alot about a practice . His associate dentists are who you want to see not him . He Performs unnessecary procedures . He treats his staff horribly,he needs to retire . Do not recommend working in this practice .

I have been going here for years. This is the model all dental practices need to use. I don't give 5 stars because there is always some room to improve and I don't want to prevent that. 4.5 easy.

I am just really upset that they sent us a bill of service that was done in somebody that is not a family member or anything, just because it had the same last name they assumed the bill was ours. This issue has caused an argument because none of us have been to this dentist office in years. I just hope they can be organized.
