Dr. Grafton Teets has proudly been practicing in the Biloxi, Mississippi, area for more than 20 years. He earned his bachelors in zoology in 1979 before going on to receive his dental degree at Northwestern University Dental School, Chicago in 1983. He continues to expand his dental knowledge by taking continuing education courses every year on topics ranging from obstructive sleep apnea and the history of anesthesia, to aesthetics and dental implants. Dr. Teets also has prior military experience, having served 13 years active duty in the Army and 7 years in the Reserves as a dentist. He takes pride in the fact that many active duty family members, retirees, and their families entrust their dental care to him.
Further adding to his accomplishments, Dr. Teets is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Mississippi Dental Association. He has completed both the basic and advanced courses for Fountain of Youth Dentures, and is pursuing a fellowship at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in treating TMJ disorder and migraines. Dr. Teets goal as a dentist is to get rid of his patients tooth pain, help migraine sufferers find relief, and effectively restore smiles.

Cindy joined Biloxi Family Dental Care in 2008. She is an educator by training. One of the reasons she finds her work here so fulfilling is that it is a learning environment. Cindy gets to use her teaching skills to help educate patients about things like dental treatment and insurance. She also gets to be a student. She started out with no dental knowledge, and has since learned a great deal about dentistry and managing a dental practice. Another aspect she greatly enjoys about working here is forming relationships with our patients and seeing them realize their goal for improved oral health. Cindy contributes to our success by working behind the scenes, filing insurance claims, advocating for patients with their insurance companies, and completing reports and other clerical functions. In her leisure time, Cindy enjoys cooking, reading, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Cheryl rejoined our practice in February 2019, after a time away. She has been with us for a total of over seven years. Communicating with the patients is the part of working here that she likes the best. Cheryl contributes to our success by scheduling patients, verifying insurance benefits, and answering patient calls and questions. She is married with three children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include her caring for her pets, gardening, landscaping and spending time with family and friends.
Shoretta joined the practice in February 2019. She enjoys every aspect of her job, especially seeing the patients leave with a smile. She contributes to our success by preparing for every procedure to the best of her ability and by assuring all patients that they are in the best care. Shoretta is married with three children and enjoys shopping, cooking, traveling and watching movies with her family.

Disappointed with them,was told my insurance down graded filling on my molers,found out they didn't. I was not given an option, will not be returning nor would I refer anyone.

Dr. Teets and his staff are absolutely amazing. I normally have dentist phobias due to past terrible experiences,, but I have not had any problems with Dr. Teets and his team. They are kind, gentle, and mostly pain free. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Teets.

I've been to A LOT of different dentists in my life. I can say, without a doubt, Dr. Teets is the best dentist I've ever had. He's very kind and gentle and very sure of the work he is doing. He and his entire staff are very focused on patient satisfaction. They are all so friendly and professional. I've had 6 visits with him in the past few months and it seems that he and his hygienist are so in sync, she always knows his next move. I have always had anxiety about dentists visits and I have none when I go to Dr. Teets office. He is also very good with the novocaine injections!! I literally could go on all day about how great they are.

I've been going to Dr. Teets for years now. I don't mind going to the dentist because I always feel welcome and know they will treat you like family! Amazing office staff , Mrs. Cindy is always so nice and helpful with insurance questions. And Cheryl always friendly and helpful with insurance too! Thank y'all for being so amazing !

Wonderful dentist and delightful staff. I lost a crown on a front tooth the day before a big party and they worked me in even though I was not a regular patient. I am now!!!

Dr. Teets is an amazing dentist! If you have any problems with your teeth such as needing an extraction, root canal, or even something as simple as a whitening or a cleaning, Dr. Teets dentistry is the place to be! They are just like family to me and my husband and as long as Dr. Teets continues to practice, then he'll forever me our dentist. Also, his wife Mrs. Cindy is the office administrator and she's amazing as well! Everyone here including Mrs. Tina are all extremely professional! We'll never use another dentistry. Check them out! They're wonderful!

Awful dentist for my father. Did a filling for him, it got infected and he now has to be on antibiotics 4x a day. Also the office is very empty which is not very reassuring for a patient when they walk in. If you walk in, leave immediately.

I was referred to Dr. Teets by a co-worker. I would first like to say, I am terrified of Dentist. However, Dr. Teet's staff...Carlos, Tina & Maria were wonderful. My anxiety was eased with a the warm, friendly environment and reassurance. Each procedure from my x-rays, cleaning, to two fillings were pain free! The techniques used by Dr. Teets and his dental staff were ground breaking. I still can't believe how awesome the services were. I can now say, I will be attending my dental visits regularly as I have finally found the best dentist and team!
