I used this office for years under Dr Powers. I new of the switch since he was retiring. I was told I could pay for the root canal an cap I needed an Dr Emily would finish it up. I became very ill and couldn't get back right away. When I did get back Dr Emily told me she would not be putting the cap on my tooth unless I repaid for it. I explained to her the agreement we all had an she refused. I am now out 500.00 for the cap and have to now have my tooth pulled because they didn't leave enough tooth to even attach a cap to. I would never go back. And wish I could leave a no star review.......... AND NOW 7/26/ I get a phone call asking for money on a balance after a promise to fix the 509.00 dollar tooth you threw away. I had to have more dental work done at another office which led me to spend over 1209.00 I will now be contacting a malpractice attorney 2022

I went for a cleaning and to pick up my mouth guard. Unfortunately the lab that makes the guards mixed me up with someone else. Natalie was so kind that she gave me a Sonic electrical toothbrush for my troubles. Great staff!

Dr. Emily and her staff are absolutely fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and well taken care of. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

A person impersonating to be a dentist (but was only an assistant I found out doesn't know anything), tried to charge me for things that weren't even even wrong, another dentist told me so that they could make a profit off me, and then the dark hair lady that check me out and the end was totally unprofessional with another staff person with me standing there in awww, most unprofessional dentist office I ever been to. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. The Dentist there needs to hire better employees!

Told a family member they had to pre pay today to hold an appt day for march. Bizarre. Lost our business. Also gave a list of things needed doing for thousands when needed work would be under 1000. With me, well over 4000 in work needed. Actually 1 filling needed ..less than 200.00. My neighbor, same thing needed 2 crowns..paid thousands, then thousands more, then even more the next 2 weeks. Has no idea why... rip off dentist! Even charged neighbor for supposed FREE visit. So not just us ...ps have to really wade through creative dentistry "NEEDS" To find what you actually need.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Summerville Dental for my great new patient visit today. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk, the dental assistant, the hygienist, and the dentist as well. I have never had such a thorough and comprehensive dental exam in my life. The dentist was great and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. The hygienist was great. She was empathetic when I told her my fears and went fast but efficiently to clean my teeth. It was done so fast I thought she might have missed some things, but she didn't! 100% recommend!

I went in anticipating a crown to be removed and prepped with a temporary until my new crown came in. I didn't have to wait. Dr. Bennett made the new one while I was in the chair. When it was complete it was a perfect fit with no adjustments. I was very satisfied to do it in one sitting. I think I was the first patient to get the crown done in Summerville. Dr. Bennett has done this procedure in other practices and teaches this procedure at MUSC. Fantastic dentist.
