I went to Dr. Rosner for an extraction. I kind of enjoy going to dentists (yes I know it sounds weird). I felt really relaxed and endured no pain. I did not experience any pain or complications post extraction either. Dr. Rosner and staff were wonderful. I would certainly use them in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Rosner is rude and unprofessional. He claimed he read the report from my child's cardiologist then insisted that she did not have a medical issue listed in her report. He had her heart rate over 240 bpm as he continued stabbing her over and over trying to run an IV. Told a nurse to shut up several times when she tried to intervene. Avoid his office, he's sadistic.

Very poor management. Dr.Rosner himself is rude which of course rubs off on the staff. The fat front desk lady with short hair was absolutely rude as well. She was obviously taking an important phone call while also trying to assist me which just made her more irritated & me more confused. I feel as though they should not have that problem giving the fact that there are two receptionist. Dr.Rosner had to give me Novocain 4 times because he was not numbing the correct area to extract my tooth. All together it's not a welcoming environment & they lack custom service skills... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !

Worst office I've ever been too. They care nothing about you..only your money. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

The office staff is fabulous. Dr. Rosner on the other hand has a terrible bedside manner. On the day of the surgery, he walked into the room and never said a word to us or our daughter or introduced himself to my husband. After surgery he did not come and speak with us. He was not very gentle with our daughter on her follow up visit. My daughter had an extremely slow recovery compared to our son who went to a different surgeon.

Staff has been wonderful! Very informative, caring, gentle hands, and helpful. Dr. Rosner is very good. I had my 4 teeth pulled today and I still am in little to no pain (cross fingers). His bedside manner is very forefront and strong but he speaks with gentle tone. If telling you how it is isn't for you than I recommend someone else. I look forward to my recovery time now and hopefully a smooth, quick pace.
