Went in on 8/17/2020, Dr Bercier was very knowledgeable on explaining my procedure and took the time out and helped me with other stuff for a later date to come back and fix some other stuff. This is my first time using Dr Bercier and I'm very pleased with his practice. I get home and later that evening after he got off work he called me to check on me a s see how I was doing and that right there is a definite A+++. I would recommend this place to anyone. Staff was real nice and took care of me. Thank y'all.

My husband and I have used their services for years. We've never had long waits, always friendly and prompt service. Cost conscience with a genuine care for his patients. His work lasts!

I love coming here to have my dental work done! Dr. Bercier is a very thorough, gentle dentist with the latest technology, and the cleaning appointments are relaxing- I always feel much better after I leave there. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Bercier and his staff are very friendly and attentive to the care of their patients. Dr. Bercier made me feel comfortable and I left feeling much more informed about my dental care. He is very knowledgeable and trusting. You guys are super!! I highly recommend them!

This dentist was rude and impatient, the facility is in poor condition, and they double/triple billed me. The facility was old and certainly needed a facelift, but I tried not to let cosmetics get in the way of my judgment so I continued to use Dr. Bercier as my dentist. Dr. Bercier was rude and impatient while I was asking specific questions about whether or not I should have him remove my wisdom tooth or go to an oral surgeon. I felt like he wanted me to let him do the procedure in order to earn a sale instead of helping me to make an informed decision about my dental care. After discovering how much more affordable Dr. Bercier was I agreed to let him do it (I was quoted $96). The procedure was terrible, I was switched rooms in the middle of the it (after receiving the shots), and I wasn't permitted enough gas to settle my nerves (I was very shaken up with the thought of being awake). After the procedure was done, I paid the $96 before leaving. A few weeks later they sent me another bill in the mail (upwards of $100). I figured that they may have made an honest mistake and paid the second bill. Then, another bill came (upwards of $100). I have valid Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas insurance in good standing. I feel like I have been taken advantage of by being lied to about the actual cost of the procedure, and even after it was more than originally anticipated I made an earnest attempt to make it right by paying again. But a third time? Really? I can't afford to pay bills just because someone knows how to print them.
