This is my first time with Dr. Buchanan, but have been a part of tech dentistry for four years. I am highly impressed with my experience with Dr. Buchanan and the dental tech! My experience overall, I was highly pleased with from beginning to end!

Hygienist was gentle and provided the best cleaning I have ever had. Minimal pain during cleaning process and my gums weren't sore once she finished. Would recommend her to anyone.

I've been a patient with Tech Dentistry for almost 15 years and, naturally, I've seen a lot of changes. The purpose of this email is to highlight the need for training. The dentists have all been great; however, their role seems to have diminished more and more over time. I get the feeling they literally touch the patient so that we can be billed at the higher rate. This was the case with me. The hygienist was very nice, but her technique needs development. Several times during my exam and cleaning I reacted to pain and sensitivity. She did'nt seem to notice and did not ask whether I was ok. I could feel some areas of sensitivity which was unusual for me in all my years going there. I could also feel the calculus deposits getting stuck between my teeth during the cleaning process. Again, the hygienist was nice, but should be more closely supervised. I have been in so much pain since I left the office. My gums are still swollen and my mouth still feels like it's on fire. Although the Dentist came behind her hygienist and quickly confirmed that the areas of sensitivity were specifically due to cavities, the hygienist didn't seem to notice this when she dug into those areas. This is the first time I have ever had such a painful dental experience and it is the reason I decided to write this review. Still taking pain meds today. In addition, two service reps left me messages to confirm my appointment. One was very professional. The other was not. I'm still trying to figure out what exactly she was saying on the message. It is inaudible. Again, training is absolutely necessary. This was a very disappointing experience. Thank you!

Never had a bad experience here. Appointments start on time. Friendly and competent administrators. No miscommunication with insurers resulting in me being incorrectly billed. My dental hygienist, Lisa, is always a pleasure to talk to. She answers all of my scientific questions about teeth. The dentists are very good, no complaints.

My teeth feel amazing! Lisa was my hygienist, and she is absolutely thorough! The assistant Jessica was very welcoming when I walked in. Dr. B is so sweet and knowledgeable! Julie at the front desk was also very sweet. Overall, great experience!

I have had some rough experiences in the past with dentists, but I felt like I was really cared for today! Amazing people and great atmosphere! Ms. Lisa did my cleaning today and gave me a good cleaning and sent me up with somethings to help me out with my routines to get a better clean!

Such an amazing experience today. I had two crowns replaced and they matched so perfectly with my teeth. I'm very particular about my teeth. My dentist made sure I left with exactly what I wanted and that was the perfect smile. From start to finish the best service. Minimal wait time and leaving a happy customer. Everyone at this location was very nice and welcoming. I'd rate a 10/10 if I could!

This is our first time to come to dentistry in America. My son never see a dentist before. At that time, he was very nervous. The dentist try to check my son's teeth. But my son always cried. And then the dentist suggested that we can be back after 6 months when my son is 2 years old. We agreed with it. In a word, my son didn't receive any check. After that, when I asked the fee, I was notified my son insurance do not cover dentistry and was asked to pay 99 Dollars after discounts. I am very confused about that. When I made an appointment and arrived the dentistry office, I provided my son's insurance twice. And no anyone tell me that my son's insurance doesn't cover the dentistry before my son saw dentist. You know, this is our first time. We don't have any experience about that. And We are poor people. 99$ is too expensive and more than we can afford it right now. If you told me in advance, I think we didn't take my son to see dentistry. That's my experience, an frustrating experience.

So far we are thrilled with this practice. My mom had a very bad experience with her dentures at another intown dental office. Today we had a great appointment. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful. Very grateful!

Dr. Buchanan is new to me but I was really impressed with her. She did a minor filling for me and it was quick and pain free, and I can't even tell the tooth had work done. Best of all though she was really nice and patient with me. I had some traumatic dental experiences when I was younger that give me anxiety about going to the dentist, so it means a lot to have a dentist who is kind and listens.

Ms. Lisa did GREAT... POSITIVE environment the workers actually care. This was my first time going to the dentist since 2019 crazy and Ms Lisa was so gentle and got the job done in a fast but gentle way which made my experience a million time better
