Dr. Cohen-Sassons credentials and background distinguish him as a highly qualified and recognized orthodontist. After graduating from Florida International University with Magna Cum Laude, Dr. Cohen-Sasson obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at Nova Southeastern University, ranking among the top of his class. His orthodontic residency was completed at Tufts University, located in Boston Massachusetts, one of the countrys top orthodontic programs.
Dr. Cohen-Sasson brings his passion for orthodontics to his patients and takes great pleasure in seeing the difference he can make in peoples lives. He gives back to the community by offering his knowledge to young students and dedicating his time to Education programs in local schools. After his residency at Tufts University, Dr. Cohen-Sasson was in private practice for 12 years in South Florida. Dr. Cohen-Sasson recently relocated to Atlanta with his wife, Dr. Carrie Lazarus, Psychologist, and their three children, Annabel, Isaac, and Georgia GiGi. Aside from orthodontics, Dr. Cohen-Sasson, enjoys fishing, wrenching on his car, and spending time with his family.
He is also a member of multiple professional organizations, among which are the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Board of Orthodontists, and the Southern Association of Orthodontists

Change of staff is less than friendly, I would previously recommend to everyone but now I really have to reconsider especially when you are talked to so disrespectful by orthodontist and the staff.

Paid off my braces only thing that's is owed is $50 for a broken appointment, yet every month I have to call up there for them to refund money that they keep taking out. For the past 4 months they have tried to take out $211 that's a lot taken out if not expected or required I have bills to pay and ect. Every time they take $211 out I have to call up there and get them to put it back and it takes 2 to 3 Business days. That being said if they take it out on Friday it sometimes will not be back in my account until Monday or Tuesday. So you see the issue there. Now I've been calling for 4 hours straight just to get refunded because I have to pay bills due before Monday. I was told they would call me back never did. I called back 5 mins ago and they told me I have to wait for the orthodontist manager to get back on Wednesday. The other times I got refunded that was never the case. I feel they are doing it on purpose hope a few people want catch it. They tell me it's a glitch in the system... For 4 straight months you have a glitch in the system?

Dental place did not do what they say they would. Kept giving us the run around. Never got a chance to talk with the manager. Very frustrated. Would not recommend to anyone.

We have been going here for three years now and loved it until recently! Every time we go now we feel like a number and not a person! My daughter broke two of her brackets a week ago. When we called it took them calling us back three times to make the appointment. They weren't able to get her in until today so she couldn't eat much with the broken brackets. Then when my husband gets there with her they tell him they don't have her on the schedule! After three phone calls about the appointment they still couldn't get it right! They were going to send her home but my husband refused! Also, when they say the dentist would like to see you in four to five weeks but the next available appointment isn't for eight weeks this is a problem! Ever since they made it so ortho is one week and dental the next this place has gone down hill! Understaffed and lack of care for a place that specializes in children! Such a disappointment!

We just moved to Lilburn and i picked this place because of the Google reviews.. it didn't disappoint. They are very nice and helpful. They make sure you know all details including cost and they make sure you are aware of it at all the so there is no confusion. If I have any questions they are happy to answer them. My kids are happy there too they say people are nice to them.

They charge fees for everything!! Even if you call ahead of time - wouldn't recommend them especially the Ortho department
