Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Our 'Superstar Hygienist' moved from Hawaii to settle in New Jersey. She graduated from Bergen Community College in 2013 with her Dental Hygiene License. Her passion for tending to her patients in the 'gum garden' is second to none. Dr. K complains that her superior skills prevent him rom hiring another hygienist.

This practice from the doctors to the staff could not be more patient friendly. I have been with Dr. K for over 20 years and he is such a blessing in my life. Everyone is professional, painless, caring and accommodating. Listening to patients concerns, explaining everything in non-doctor jargon and great detail comes second nature to them. They have become family to me.

My family and I have been coming to Teaneck Dental for over 20 years and a big reason is the family atmosphere they create. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and truly cares about their patients. Dr. Kolatic is the best at what he does and his bedside manner cannot be matched. He is the nicest, most caring, and honest person I have ever met. He truly cares about connecting with his patients and looks after their well being. Many dentists treat you like a number and make you wait, but Teaneck Dental is always prompt with appointments and does phenomenal work. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!

Teaneck Dental is a great place to get painless procedures done right! So happy with my visit with Dr. Kolatac and his friendly staff. They know everything that needs to be known when it comes to teeth and Dr. K would not do anything on my teeth that he wouldn't do on his own teeth. Best consultants and I didn't wait a minute before I got into a room. Was taken care of in perfect time. Thank you for it all!

I met Dr.Kolatac as an emergency dentist 35 years ago. I had a tooth pulled from a different dentist which they cut an artery and I was bleeding for a long time. Kolactac was the one that was on call that night, I'm so happy I found him because he took his time with me and was very gentle. He was able to suture the cut and everything was fine. I am very loyal to him and he is great. My kids and my grandson go to him and I refer him to everyone. He painless with his needles and his work is impeccable. His staff is just as sweet and friendly. You don't feel like you're going to the dentist it's almost like a family visit instead that's how comfortable him and his staff make you feel. I highly recommend them!

I visited this office for the first time and was taken care of by the most professional staff. Dr Frohlich was not only caring but honest with my dental health and wellness. I am afraid of dentists but Dr Frohliich and his assistant Phill made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend this office.
