Dr. Edward Burg was born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1966. The son of a physician for the US Air Force, he traveled the country often before settling into New York State by his high school years. Ed is a gifted illustrator and worked for a prominent advertising agency in NYC during the late 1980s early 90s. There, he met his wife, Ann (now of 25 years). He decided to use his meticulous fine motor skills in the art of dentistry, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Milton Burg an uncle, Leonard Burg. Both doctors practiced for years in New Jersey. It is only fitting that Dr. Ed Burg has resided in the state and has practiced dentistry here in NJ after graduating on the Deans list from UMDNJ in 1999.
Dr. Burg calls Toms River his home with his wife Ann and their two daughters. His other pass times are basketball and poker playing. He also has passion for baseball and continues to dabble in drawing from time to time.
In addition to being among the countries best Deans list Graduate DMDs, Dr. Edward Burg is a proud AAFE member (American Academy of Facial Esthetics) certified and specializing in Botox and Restalin administration for both therapeutic and cosmetic purposes.
Dr. William Dennis received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1980. A native of Bergen County, he had dental practices in Rochelle Park and Hackensack before moving to Maine in 1992. He owned a practice in Cape Elizabeth, Maine for ten years before moving to Cape Cod, where he worked in community dentistry treating underserved and indigent populations.
Dr. Anthony LoPresti DDS,MS, FICD graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He received a Masters in Human Nutrition from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2001. He was inducted as a Fellow into the International College of Dentists in 2007. He is a faculty member of Columbia College of Dental Medicine and an Instructor in the Department of Oral Surgery, Division of TMJ disorders at New York Presbyterian Hospital in NYC for over 25 years. He has practiced dentistry in Manhattan and Staten Island for over 30 years.

They do Excellent work. The front office promptly returns calls. They text appointments and reminder notifications. I have been using this team for years and I am smiling and happy with my results, from cleaning to crowns they do it right. Thank you Team Family Dental.

I have had a horrible fear of dentists since I was a child. I have been going to Team Dental since we moved down here full time 9 years ago. EVERYONE there is so nice from the front desk to my Dental Hygienist Linda and I can't say enough about Dr. Dennis. The first time I entered the office I told him about my fear and he assured me I would be fine and he would take good care of me. He was true to his promise, I do not fear going to see him!!!

1st of all front desk are very nice, and courteous people, then amazing Teresa took the X-rays and looked at my mouth. Great person. Very informative and thorough in everything she did. Dr Burg awesome guy very honest and caring about your dental health. Best dental office I've ever been to and that comes from a guy that anxiety kicks in when having to go to the dentist. They make you feel comfortable and at home an all around great office and good people. Highly recommend!!!!

My wife and I cannot say enough about Team Family Dental (TFD). As a military family we have had many dentists throughout the country and we have been with TFD for 4 years. They are the most professional, personable and caring dental team. Great at assessing your issues, managing your treatment plan, and providing the cost estimates to accomplish the work. Their dental hygienists are outstanding in managing your preventive oral hygiene thus minimizing more extreme dental issues. Its now great to have Dr. LoPresti on board expanding their services to include dental implants. Dr. Burg, Dr Dennis and the entire team are very proactive in complete oral health management at an affordable cost.

I've been seeing Dr Burg for years and as far as I'm concerned there is no one better. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The office is spotless and modern. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Have very bad tooth pain told me to come in n they would take care of it. Told them I cant wait till Thursday so went Tuesday night. They took 3 xrays n said were sending u out to another dentist. 230 dollars later still with unbearable tooth pain im waiting till Thursday to see another dentist

I have to say this is the by far the best dental office I have ever been to. The team, from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the doctors are amazing. I am so grateful for each appointment starting on time, for the humor, candor, and thoughtfulness of the staff. Whenever I have needed something they always do the research to find out how much I would have to pay out of pocket, they never recommend me to do work just to make money off of my insurance. I have seen both Dr. Burg and Dr. Bill and both are warm, efficient, humorous, and have excellent dental chair manner. They call for reminders, they follow up on procedures to make sure everything is okay, they really go above and beyond to create an environment that eases anxiety about procedures and financial concerns. Thank you for making both my husband and my experience with you guys great!
