Dr. Jaffari, born and raised in New Jersey, graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, and has been practicing in South Jersey since. During his time at the University of Michigan, he was very active in organized dentistry and community involvement. He holds memberships in the American Dental Association, and is also currently serving on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Academy of General Dentistry.

By far the best dental office I've ever been to! Morgan was very thorough and made me feel at ease.. Michaela and Dr. Carcione was just icing on the cake with their jokes and infectious laughter. Never thought I'd say going to the dentist would be FUN. Thank you, Team Dental!!

Absolutely astounding! Just had the easiest dental work from Dr. Carcione and Micaela! As always swift, kind and professional from the moment you make your appointment until you walk out. The front staff has always been nice and accommodating with appointments and payment. I bring my four children there for their biannual cleanings, and my father is now even a patient. Team Dental is one of the best dentist offices around South Jersey. Dr. Carcoine is an excellent dentist. He's always putting your concerns first. Team Dental staff are always welcoming and friendly. Michaela is an amazing dental assistant every time I come in for my visits.

Very very good place. I am one that hates going to the dentist. They made it a great experience and checked in frequently to see if everything was cool. They narrated what they were doing the whole time so there were no surprises. The hygienist and dentist were really awesome. The only down side was that you wanted to talk to them more because they were very personable, but couldn't because your mouth was stuck open LMAO. I would highly recommend going there.

Team Dental is fantastic!! Dr Carcione was very professional and comforting. I had some major bridge work and a wisdom tooth extraction, that he performed in a very efficient, painless manner. I am very happy with the new bridge, it looks so natural. With the extraction, it was completely painless during the extraction and afterwards. The dental hygienists and staff at Team Dental are the greatest!
