Hi, I am Dr. Kirby...Dr. Bob Crowley's oldest daughter! It is a privilege to work beside my dad every day and to be serving my hometown community. I received my bachelor's degree from THE Ohio State University and then went on to dental school, a little closer to home, at Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee.
I am excited to continue my dad's philosophies and build relationships with my patients for years to come. I want you to feel like a member of our family. It is my promise to continue the exceptional care we provide to our patients.

Its been quite a journey, starting as Receptionist & Scheduling Coordinator then taking on Office Manager duties. Im so proud to work with everyone here because it truly is the team that makes this place run. Outside of work I enjoy reading, taking photos, enjoying nature, and spending time with family and friends. Secretly I am also trying to perfect the art of being lazy -- not sure how well thats working for me though. Life is good!
Hello, my name is Cassandra, AKA Cassy. I was born and raised here in Green Bay but spent 8 years living in Gainesville, FL where I met my husband, Chris, and had our daughter, Mya. I began working for Dr. Crowley after we moved back to Wisconsin in 2015. As the offices insurance and financial coordinator, I get the opportunity to connect with each patient individually. I take time to make sure people feel comfortable and informed when making important decisions regarding their treatment options. Outside of the office I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I also love football, reptiles, and our goofy dog, Gator! Healthcare has always been my passion, and I feel its important to educate our patients that good oral health is directly connected to good overall physical health. My husband Joe and I have three grown daughters. I enjoy staying active by running and biking. I also like reading and I love true crime stories on the Discovery ID Channel!

Having bad experiences as a child with the dentist has made me a person who is always a little nervous about getting dental work. Dr. Bob Crowley is the only dentist I trust to work on me. Dr. Crowley understands how I feel and he goes out of his way to make sure my experience is pain free. He is very gentle when giving injections and I can honestly say they are painless. He is very reassuring and encourages me to let him know if I need a break or if I'm feeling any pain at all (which I never have since going to Dr. Crowley.) He's also got a great "chair side manner" and makes you feel super comfortable and at ease. The rest of the office staff are just as wonderful. Always friendly, helpful and happy to see you. My husband and I both highly recommend Dr. Crowley for your dental needs.

I have a fear of dentist, and jerky dental insurance, a old filling I had popped out and the pain was mild, so I suffered along for awhile, then it started to keep me awake at night, It forced me to try to find a dentist, this was during the height of covid going on, everywhere I called it would a month or two wait, just to get in. one place said two weeks, then called Team Crowley and once the lady on line understood what was happening, she got ahold of dentist and they got me in for exam the next day, and to get antibiotics into play and set up plan to fix problem. ended up doing root canal that was painless and started to make long term plans to repair mouth, gums and teeth and stuff that was let go for way to long. They were very caring and understanding in my harmful fears. The folks in the office are very nice, and great at figuring out insurance and how to get most out of it, and if need be how to spread out work over time.

Today my three year old had his first dentist appointment. The staff there were phenomenal with my son showed him what every tool was and what they were gonna be doing they made it a point to not make it seem scary. They made my son feel very comfortable and it was a great experience I highly recommend this place for your children.

I have been a patient for over 25 years and have absolute praise for Dr. Bob and his staff. When you walk in the front door you are greeted with a warm smile and hello from Donna. The hygienists are personable and friendly, especially Beth who does a terrific job with my cleanings and x-rays. Dr. Bob is the utmost professional in doing his job, but still has time to relate on a personal level. I truly enjoy my dental experience and highly recommend Team Crowley Dental.

Dr. Crowley and his team are the best! I'm always greeted with a warm welcome when I walk in the door and my music preference is already dialed in when I sit down in the chair. All services and the team are always very professional while also making me feel like I'm part of the family. 5 stars for my 15+ years with Team Crowley

I have been a patient for 28 years and have seen 3 dentists over the years here. I have sent several family members here because they are so wonderful. Dr. Bob Crowley used to joke he didn't want to be the first one to tell me I had my first cavity. Still no cavities but I broke a tooth. I needed my first major dental work in 54 years which could have made me extremely anxious but his daughter, Dr. Kirby Crowley took great care of me as usual. They are the best! They truly care about their patients!

Dr. Kirby is fantastic! My whole family of 5 see her and she does so good with my young children! She listens to any and all concerns we have and is very skilled at what she does! The staff at Team Crowley are all phenomenal and so friendly. The office is newly updated and feels safe and cozy! I am so grateful that we found this dental office to care for all our family's needs! Very happy with all of our service here!

As a new client, I can say this is best place I've ever been to! Nice looking office, friendly staff, and Dr. Kirby is the best out there. Plan to continue going there even with an out of network dental plan! Worth every penny!

While going to the dentist office is among the top of the list of things I'd rather not like to do; the team at Crowley really made it a wonderful experience. Great group they have in there and felt a lot less assembly line -esque and generic as other chain type places have felt. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding service starting with the friendly face of Donna welcoming you to the front desk. Then my favorite dental hygienist of all time, Lisa, takes me back to perform the most pain-free cleaning I have ever experienced in a dentist chair. Then it's aways a good time talking to Doc Crowley. He's always excited to see you, thorough in his explanation as to what he sees and, if necessary, how to proceed. By far the best Dental service in town!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Crowley for years, and it's the only dental clinic we've ever brought our children too - no need to look elsewhere! My family and I always have positive and comfortable experiences there. The staff are all so warm and friendly, and the hygenists are kind and work so well with my kids! Dr. Kirby Crowley worked with my kids on our most recent visit, and she get's a 5 star rating from them both! I would highly recommend Team Crowley Dental to anyone looking for a change from their current dental clinic. You won't be disappointed!

Never in my life have I been so mad leaving the dentist. BOTH times, I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but boy was I wrong. My son Connor is 8 years old. He was diagnosed with a couple of things that make him act different than most kids and I had explained that to the dentist and I was brushed aside like they didn't wanna care. He is shy and has trouble answering people's questions. She told him "you need to use your words or this isn't going to work." I was told because of his "behavior" aka being afraid, they were going to have to use laughing gas and I said that's fine whatever works. The second appointment came and I could hear him screaming from the waiting room, I wasn't allowed in the room with him either. It sounded like the laughing gas wasn't used until after they poked his gums with the needle because he was extremely scared. She just kept saying "you need to do better I can't work like this" my child is 8 years old and this is his first cavity filling since he was 2.5 and they put him under. Never going back I was on the verge of bursting into tears the whole time. Just down right horrible

I have been a patient my entire life and won't ever change. Extremely friendly staff from the front desk, hygienists, and both Dr. Bob & Dr. Kirby Crowley. Always received thorough cleanings and exams. Fillings are never fun but they do a great job when needed. Never had a complaint and will always recommend to friends and family.

Team Crowley Dental is the best! I recently had an appointment with Dr Kirby. She was kind and gentle and very concerned about my comfort. Her task was fairly difficult that day, doing a filling under the edge of a crown at back of my mouth. She was patient and skilled. She and her assistant Meganne work so smoothly together, smiling and chatting while carrying on with their work. I was totally at ease and comfortable during the entire procedure. Their newly remodeled office is awesome! Sleek and modern and such very up to date equipment. All of the staff at this office are warm and friendly and always helpful. The Dr.'s Crowley do a wonderful job keeping their staff happy, as there is never any turn over. The same smiling faces are there every time I visit, and have been for years. This is my place. I'll continue seeing Dr Kirby and my hygienist, Beth, until well, forever!

I had Dr. Kirby do an extraction on a molar in the upper quadrant. The injection, which many are uncomfortable with was painless, the extraction was a piece of cake! Kirby is very caring, easy to talk with, and very professional I would recommend her to all who decide to go to this Dental Practice. Her assistant was also informative, caring and had a very calming manner. It's not always though of as a pleasant place to have to visit but between Dr. Kirby, her assistant, her dad and the front office it felt like just a pleasant visit!!!!

Extremely unprofessional, Staff have ZERO patience for children especially Children with special needs. Drove over a hour for the dentist to be Rude to my 4 year old who was obviously scared to be there. Ended up saying my child was "too much to handle" No other references or referrals were given. Extremely unhappy with how we were treated, And Hope No one else with Special needs children, or any children for the fact have to be treated the way we were.
