Who doesnt love a beautiful smile? Come to think of it, who doesnt love a smile, period! I feel very fortunate to work in an environment where people are smiling;and as a bonus, I get to participate in the creation of those smiles.
You dont need perfect teeth to smile, but perfect teeth can certainly enhance a smile. When your confidence to smile is increased through orthodontics, your smile becomes more authentic; you can see the difference not just in the teeth, but in the eyes. The eyes light up when someone is smiling confidently.
Of course, I didnt mind a little break from school now and then. The warm and friendly environment that my orthodontist created ignited a passion that inspired me to choose a career I love, and as a bonus, I also got straight teeth.
My practice philosophy stems from my experience when I went through orthodontic treatment. I want all patients that come to TC Orthodontics to feel relaxed and enjoy the experience ... perhaps even be inspired. My goal is to create an experience where our patients want to come to our office just to have fun. Maybe my staff and I will even see those eyes start to sparkle.
Dr. Chad Kelly was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in molecular biology, and the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During his final year at Tufts, he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental honor society.
Dr. Kelly completed his formal dental training at New York University. After a two-year residency, he was awarded an orthodontic specialty certificate in 2000. He has been in the private practice of orthodontics in the Twin Cities since 2000 and has had the joy and honor of creating thousands of beautiful smiles. Dr. Kelly is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Minnesota Dental Association. Dr. Kelly founded TC Orthodontics in 2012.
Dr. Rachel attended the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate education. She remained at the Univeristy of Minnesota to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and specialty training in orthodontics. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and regularly attends continuing education courses to expand her orthodontic knowledge.
Dr. Rachel grew up in Grand Rapids, MN and loves to spend time with family in northern Minnesota. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, baking, traveling with her husband, and taking her dog, Kira, on walks.
Dr. Bachour completed her undergraduate education at the University of Minnesota, graduating summa cum laude with highest distinction. She went on to earn her dental degree at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors. While at Harvard, she was involved in research and has published and presented her work internationally. She was recognized by the Harvard Odontological Society for her achievements.
Dr. Bachour returned to the University of Minnesota to complete her specialty training in Orthodontics and receive her Master of Science degree. She is dedicated to lifelong learning and stays current on the newest innovations in orthodontics. She regularly participates in continuing education and is a member of various professional societies.
Dr. Bachour grew up in the Twin Cities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active outdoors, and checking out local restaurants! She also loves reading, traveling, and snorkeling.
Dr. Alisa Madson grew up in the Twin Cities metro area. She attended the University of Minnesota at Morris and went on to graduate from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She obtained her dental degree and completed an orthodontic residency there.

Brought my 6 month baby with me to my appointment and he started fussing. The front counter ladies watched him while I finished my appointment. The actual process of applying the Invisalign was super simple, quick, and pain free. Great service and great people!

I had an appointment and the staff were very informative and helpful, it felt safe and sanitary in the building. Very positive experience and a great place to get orthodontic treatments.

I would give them 5 stars but I was pregnant for 9 months of my treatment so the didn't do much with my smile. After pregnancy, they still didn't do anything until I told them I was unhappy with my smile still. I'm paying for it so I want them to work on what I was concerned about the doctors assured me that my treatment will go beyond the two years without extra charges so I'm happy.

These guys are truly the very best. Went with them little over two or three years ago and my results came out exactly as I hoped. They are very professional and even more so they are very kind individuals who treat you as though you are their main focus. You definitely feel as though they appreciate each and every patient. Furthermore they care about your results. They want you to be happy with your investment. The process is also very easy and straightforward and they offer payment programs for those who would rather pay over time. If you are an adult or a minor this is the place to go. You are unlikely to find a better group of friendly and professional people who care about their work. Can also confirm these fine people are military friendly. Went to basic training to September and I was unable to wear my retainer for that period of time. Came back home and they were more than kind and generous about my situation, willing to work with me finding a solution. If there was any doubt about where to go for Invisalign, TC Ortho in Maple Grove is the place.

Just finished Invisalign treatment. The staff and doctors gave me a correct timeline for treatment so there weren't any surprises. I wasn't worried upon each visit like I would be at a normal dentist office. Would rate higher if I could.

My mom takes me here and the Dr. Rachel is awesome and very nice. The front desk lady's are so friendly and even though we all wear are masks you can still feel the smiles from them. The nurses in the back that check my braces tell me and my mom how everything works. I would say this is the greatest place ever to get braces from. Even if your scared that make you feel better. Thank you KR

The staff are very friendly and welcoming here. They are very experienced at their job. They are very good at answering your concerns and they made getting braces less scary and I very much look forward to going to my appointments. It's also very kid friendly. They offer a fun rewards program for kids to earn points toward gift cards.

The staff at TC Orthodontics in Maple Grove is very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is easy to get to whether we are coming from home or school. My daughter enjoys the rewards program and I am thankful that we are usually able to get appointments at a convenient time for our schedule.

Very caring and patient. Did a great job with my oldest daughter's braces and currently bringing my middle child for treatment also. Made sure they received the best care and treatment possible with a great, friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend.
