Who doesnt love a beautiful smile? Come to think of it, who doesnt love a smile, period! I feel very fortunate to work in an environment where people are smiling;and as a bonus, I get to participate in the creation of those smiles.
You dont need perfect teeth to smile, but perfect teeth can certainly enhance a smile. When your confidence to smile is increased through orthodontics, your smile becomes more authentic; you can see the difference not just in the teeth, but in the eyes. The eyes light up when someone is smiling confidently.
Of course, I didnt mind a little break from school now and then. The warm and friendly environment that my orthodontist created ignited a passion that inspired me to choose a career I love, and as a bonus, I also got straight teeth.
My practice philosophy stems from my experience when I went through orthodontic treatment. I want all patients that come to TC Orthodontics to feel relaxed and enjoy the experience ... perhaps even be inspired. My goal is to create an experience where our patients want to come to our office just to have fun. Maybe my staff and I will even see those eyes start to sparkle.
Dr. Chad Kelly was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in molecular biology, and the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During his final year at Tufts, he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental honor society.
Dr. Kelly completed his formal dental training at New York University. After a two-year residency, he was awarded an orthodontic specialty certificate in 2000. He has been in the private practice of orthodontics in the Twin Cities since 2000 and has had the joy and honor of creating thousands of beautiful smiles. Dr. Kelly is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Minnesota Dental Association. Dr. Kelly founded TC Orthodontics in 2012.
Dr. Rachel attended the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate education. She remained at the Univeristy of Minnesota to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and specialty training in orthodontics. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and regularly attends continuing education courses to expand her orthodontic knowledge.
Dr. Rachel grew up in Grand Rapids, MN and loves to spend time with family in northern Minnesota. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, baking, traveling with her husband, and taking her dog, Kira, on walks.
Dr. Bachour completed her undergraduate education at the University of Minnesota, graduating summa cum laude with highest distinction. She went on to earn her dental degree at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors. While at Harvard, she was involved in research and has published and presented her work internationally. She was recognized by the Harvard Odontological Society for her achievements.
Dr. Bachour returned to the University of Minnesota to complete her specialty training in Orthodontics and receive her Master of Science degree. She is dedicated to lifelong learning and stays current on the newest innovations in orthodontics. She regularly participates in continuing education and is a member of various professional societies.
Dr. Bachour grew up in the Twin Cities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active outdoors, and checking out local restaurants! She also loves reading, traveling, and snorkeling.
Dr. Alisa Madson grew up in the Twin Cities metro area. She attended the University of Minnesota at Morris and went on to graduate from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She obtained her dental degree and completed an orthodontic residency there.

And Thank you for being such a caring staff during my time of need when things go sideways .You really helped me during every time. Your kind and professional personality put me at ease from our very first interaction since two years ago! I am very pleased with the end results, you did it for my child. The FRIENDLIEST front desk staff I have ever met, such sweet ladies. All the Assistant, Doctors and care coordinators are super nice and helpful. To notch place. 10/10 recommend.

TC orthodontis is a great place for kids/teens. They are nice and make sure you are givin the care you need. They give rewards to people peoeple if they follow certain tasks on a list. It is so exciting!

Locations have an orthodontist in house 2-3 days a week. I ran into scheduling challenges trying to see the ortho I wanted at the location I wanted. Son is in the early stages of treatment, but so far so good. Everyone is friendly. Update: Scheduling continues to be challenging at the AV location. Understaffed?

TC Orthodontics has been fabulous for my children's ortho care. They are welcoming and kind, especially to nervous kids starting their journey. When my kids have lost retainers, as kids do, they are understanding while also stressing the importance of care. The perfect combo. I highly recommend them!

We LOVE TC! My son had a great experience throughout his orthodontic treatment. The office was always clean, and I always felt like my son received the best patient care here. Dr. Chad and his team were always smiling, friendly, organized, knowledgeable and very thorough in answering any and all questions we had.

I made a appointment with them on a Monday and when I picked my son up from school and brought him there they were closed and when I called them they kept asking me for my last name. Then she told me I wasn't in the system and she could make another appointment for me so much time wasted don't recommend

I went to a few different orthodontic specialists within the Lakeville area and TC Orthodontics had the best price, flexibility in scheduling and a very friendly team. Dr. Chad also felt I could have the correction I was looking for with just Invisalign while other Orthodontists felt I required standard braces.
