I was a patient of Dr. Taylor 20+ years ago and had a good experience. I moved out of state then life changes, etc. I went back to Dr. Taylor a couple of years ago and things had changed. My first treatment plan was about pulling the bad teeth and getting partials. He never discussed a plan after that for any other teeth or treatment. I strongly wanted some fillings done to improve the look of my smile so he did that but the fillings have never looked right and they shred floss. I purchased a set of partials then almost a year later I bought a spare set. The spare set was more expensive and was missing some of the back teeth. They had a fill in person doing cleanings. The cleaning was painful, not a thorough cleaning, she was rude and demeaning and then they charged me 3 times what I had paid for the cleaning I had 6 months earlier. I tried to tell Dr. Bruce about the cleaning experience and he acted like it was my fault. During the height of the covid scare the woman who takes payments was wearing a mask but only on her mouth, not her nose. I really expect more from a health professional in every area.
